It was nice hotel and clean! And in a great location

The restaurant that’s located in the hotel needs more than one waitress to take orders at such a busy hotel! Also the hotel lights went out on the day I was getting ready to check out due to someone hitting a pole! So not their fault in this matter! But they need to get a backup generator in case this happens again! And their needs to be lights on every flight of stairs when this happens! Going down 12 flights of stairs and 4 or 5 didn’t have lights is not safe! Other than these things I was a Great Stay!!

Great location, nice staff. Ms Maggie the manager was very pleasant and very kind. She went out of her way to ensure our comfort. She provided us with a Tea Kettle upon our request. She kept checking on us and giving us a VIP treatment. Clean and big Rooms, nice Wi-fi. Self-Laundry room.

Lack of labor to help with luggage, no room service. Old elevators.

Easy to find, allowed extended parking for the 7 days we were gone on our cruise, for only $5 bucks per day which was over $100 savings compared to parking closer to cruise port. They had security at night to watch our vehicle. And as an added bonus a lady named Shay has a shuttle business aside from the hotel, but all she does is shuttle cruise customers back and forth from their hotel to the port for 10 bucks a person. We may have had to pay a little more for the room but even that cost saved us money in the long run. Overall it was a win win and we had a phenomenal time on our cruise too!

The fact that they wouldn't take cash payments and it caused us to make 3 trips back and forth to add money onto our debit card because the lady at the hotel gave us our booking.com price but didn't tell us about the extra 25 bucks for incidentals. And it's been a month that we've been home and they are still sitting on my debit card as a pending charge. Someone told me that the 25 bucks was refundable and that was the reason for it to be pending but idk if that's true or not. I havent gotten it back after this long so I would say that it's unlikely at this point.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The complementary Iron and ironing board came in handy as we needed to iron our clothes for a wedding we was attending.

I think our plugs to the TV, lamp and refrigerator shorted out. The TV was playing and all the sudden went off. Also the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom, they could have made the bathroom without that. I kept knocking the toilet paper off the wall.

The pool and it was in the center of everything I was less than 5 min from every attraction that New Orleans offered for tourist

The lady that checked us in wouldn’t speak up she didn’t welcome us tell us check in time or out are breakfast options or anything pool hours she really is in the wrong field of work she hated to talk it was exhausting checking in with her I paid in full and she tried to make me pay again

The staff was awesome. Chelsea the waitress at the restuarant ran the whole place alone and the chef in the back made the best food!!! I appreciated there efforts due to being understaffed and made my dinner experience enjoyable! Kia at the front desk was professional and the general manager honored my request for a city view. Thank you to all the ladies who did an amazing job. Next time Iam in town I will stay here again! The best in Value and quality and price , location.

The bathroom had hairs all over and that was gross it was not cleaned properly but i didnt complain because im not into that.

Breakfast wasn't free with the room, so I passed on the breakfast.

When I was checking in the receptionist charged my debit card twice. I was on vacation and had to call my husband to get more money because it was going to be 5 to 7 days before the money would be put back on my card. For a one-night stay, I paid $603. I was not happy. They could have given me a free night or something, but the rooms were clean and nice.

The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Room was spacious.

The breakfast was additional to the $245 one night stay, so we did not do that. The bar closed early. The ice was only on floors 7 and up and we were on the 2nd floor with only 1 elevator work and very busy.

Soon as I walked in the hotel I was pleasantly amazed. It is the month of December, the first thing I noticed was how well decorated it was. I can admit, the outside of this hotel will have you fooled upon walking inside. The front desk rep Dawn was very professional. The room was amazing! Super spacious, great view of city, clean, and comfy bed for sleeping! Bathroom was beautiful as well and looks newly renovated. I cannot wait to book with this hotel again. 😊

My only complaint would be parking, it was limited especially arriving late at night.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. We stayed here the night before our cruise and it was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the bed was comfy. Parking is just $5 a day for cruise parking and there was a super great shuttle service for $10 a person to the cruise port. Highly recommend .

The only thing was there was no counter space in the bathroom… struggled with all of my products and having no where to put them, but it wouldn’t prevent me from not staying again.
