Apartment was well taken care of, staff was helpful, prompt, and flexible, toiletries and equipment in the stay were always available, location is far enough from the chaos but close enough for a long walk or quick car ride, the washer and dryer was necessary and appreciated. The unit we were in had a private hot tub and rooftop area that was fantastic!

Initial issue with a broken coffee maker but the staff quickly exchanged the coffee maker so was very happy with that experience. Kitchen tools did not include a spatula which is a commonly used item. The folding couch in the living room is very uncomfortable to sit on and sleep on. The ventilation in the kitchen was not very good, our apartment smelled like our morning bacon into the evening.

Overall, it was a positive experience. The location fantastic—close to the city center and major attractions, with a great Rouses grocery store just two blocks away. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed, providing plenty of room to relax after a day out. It had a lot of potential to be a perfect stay, but unfortunately, there were some maintenance issues that took away from the experience.

The sinks were leaking, and both the toaster oven and dishwasher were not functional during my stay. These details, while not deal-breakers, were inconvenient and showed a lack of attention to upkeep. That said, I would still recommend this property, especially for its prime location and overall comfort. It would be even better if they addressed the maintenance issues, as it would elevate the experience from good to excellent.

Apartment size and location were amazing. Washer dryer, tons of towels, comfortable beds, large kitchen, coffee maker etc. All great and super spacious. Super reasonable price as well.

Main issue is that there were tiny ants all over the kitchen countertop!! Didn’t see them for the first couple of days, then on day three we saw tiny ants on the paper towels and food on countertop. Another concern is that the blinds need to be replaced, as they were damaged and many were broken and could not be opened. Would be nice to have blackout shades or curtains as there’s so much light during the evening. Last thing is noise — loud traffic notice at night took some getting used to.

Somebody put a lot of effort in renovating this building.. had some issues with the door codes but they were quickly taking care of. super clean and comfortable place to stay highly recommended

somebody before us must have left the AC @ 60 and caused it to freeze up. The melted ice filled the drip pan and prevented the AC from starting again. luckily we knew how to fix it in a short amount of time and got it running again, not something we wanted to do after a 13 hr car ride , but we understood this stuff happens. They did offer a maintenance guy to fix it , but we did not want to wait. Still a great place

The Wi fi did not come up towels were not replenished

Roami at Motorworks was the perfect place for our week long vacation. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The directions were very straightforward and we had an easy check in and check out. The French Quarter was only about a 30 minute walk and it only took a few turns to get there. We ended up walking every morning which worked out perfectly. Both the support staff and cleaning crew were helpful and quick responding when we had a question. It was an extra perk that the sister condo across the street had a rooftop pool as well as a gym that we were given access to. Overall I would highly recommend the property and would 100% stay here again!

The only issue we ran into was with parking. The property does not have on site parking so we had to park in a garage down the street for an extra charge.

Great space for a family or group trip. Clean and spacious. The location is close to a couple museums and close to the streetcar that lessens the walking distance to French Quarter. It was nice that we had access to the *heated* pool across the street in the neighboring property.

Some of the furniture/fixtures looks cute but isn't functional. I addressed some of these with the number I was provided and they offered to schedule maintenance, but since these things were not critical to the enjoyment of our stay I asked them to fix after we left.

I recently visited a new location, having previously stayed at the Brandywine. The area felt secure, with restaurants and attractions nearby. I appreciated the convenience of a grocery store within close proximity. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe during the first two days of my stay. However, there was a minor issue with the washer that required attention. Thankfully, Lance promptly resolved the problem by cleaning the filter.

It would have been more comfortable if there were additional seating options in the living room besides the single love seat that was available. Additionally, the bed sheets were stained and required replacement.

The location is great. We could walk to the WW2 Museum, and Caesar's Superdome. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out process. This was our second stay in NOLA at a Roami property, and we would do it again!

The room wasn't as clean as our last Roami room in NOLA. But other than that, everything was great.
