Location can’t be beat! It’s a beautiful historic building. Check in was smooth, and throughout our stay, it was easy to get in touch with the staff.

Its an OLD building—so obviously there were a few bumps in the road. The plumbing is old and requires you to be patient and gentle (hold down the toilet handle when you flush and if you must, wait a few minutes before flushing again). a little bit of water dripped into our room during a very intense rain storm—again, kind of to be expected in a historic location. nothing at all we couldn’t handle.

I love a loft, so it was great!! location was great!! was missing the shower curtain but they were pretty fast about getting one to the room.

Check in was not a great experience!! I never received a text with codes to get into the building or into our room. SoI thought there would be someone there at a desk. NO!! luckily a nice couple there let us in and gave me the phone numbers they had received. After numerous calls and text I finally got a text message with my codes!! I thought I had been scammed!!

Location and to have a balcony is a must

The shower is very weak, very dificult to wash the hair and the room has mold on the celling, I know it's a old house and had been redecorated just a few years,( It looks very much nicer now) however the maintenance should be more often since it' a old house...

The location was literally perfect, close enough to Bourbon Street, French Quarter & Frenchmen Street to walk but far enough away to be quiet. Very spacious, great patio. Clean, well stocked with essentials like toilet paper, towels, coffee maker, etc. We felt very safe the entire time. Easy building door code plus unit door code access - plus they offer to store your luggage in their locked office after you checkout. It was the most perfect place for our bachelorette party.

Walls are a little thin - the boys above us partied all day & night and we could hear them most of the time but we were in NOLA so it wasn't unexpected. I wish the AC worked better but, again, when in Rome!

The room we stayed in was super nice and modern and had great views since we were at the top of the building. We were in the center of NOLA and could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The interior of the room was very comfortable, even the pull-out bed. The room came with complimentary coffee and bathroom products. My advice for future stays is to set your expectations that this is not a hotel, more like an Airbnb. You can text the owner and they will help with any issues you run into and are quick to respond. It is also an authentic, older building so there are some quirks when staying here.

The stairs!! We were at the top of the building and there is no elevator, so it was always a hike up to the top. I did hear that not all of the rooms were as nice and modern as ours, so we got lucky. Hopefully they are working through that so that all the rooms are consistent.

We enjoyed the location in the French Quarter and we enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and evening night cap.

I didn't receive a message with directives to check in until after I called their customer service.

location and comfy mattresses. friendly people.

no furniture in bedroom. no way to unpack suitcases. shower kinda sketchy. 100% thought I booked room with balcony. my husband has trouble walking and one of my goals was to be a ole to balcony sit for extended periods. found out we did not. which made our plans a bit physically demanding on him/us. and they had moved us to a different room that really room needs updates. door fell off hinge. shower bed didn’t work until my husband fixed. not welcome letter regarding how to leave the kitchen. courtyard felt a bit outdated- needed some TLC. fantastic that we could drop baggage before checkin but felt odd that courtyard gate was all unlocked due to construction few other things

The location was great!! The room was so cute and had everything we needed. It didn't have a hair dryer, so bring your own. I didn't mind though. It's so close to everything really. We walked everywhere. Great!

The air conditioner wasn't cool at all really. We had it on 69 and it felt like 75. The people on top of kept walking back and forth until late, then at 5 am again. It woke me up because I was also hot. We only stayed one night, so it didn't bother me too much, but for that price it should be cooler with a better ac. If you don't need to be cold when you're sleeping, this room is perfect for you.

Excellent location. Two bedrooms with king size beds, great big shower and all the necessity. Just a few steps to Bourbon street, French Market, Ccs coffee and Rouse's market. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and tv was perfect!

The location was perfect. The room was nice, clean, spacious, well decorated, and super cute! It was quiet, private, and yet close to everything in the French Quarter.

Blinds or curtains on the bedroom window would have allowed some sleeping in opportunities.
