Everything is nice and professionally maintained. I was not anywhere surprised or delighted, but importantly, there were no disappointments.

The hotel restaurant was booked on Easter Sunday. We ended up eating at a great seafood place down the street, The Fiery Crab. If you go there, I recommend the seafood boils, especially the lobster and shrimp with every seasoning combined. Amazing. I live near Chinatown in Manhattan, and the Fiery Crab is as good as the better places there. I'll have to get those boys to open one in Lower Manhattan or Times Square.

The room was huge. I loved that it had 2 bathrooms. The shower heads were perfect. I wish the beds were bigger. The staff was outstanding. I especially liked the person who recommended restaurants and things to do in the area. The text messages checking on my family was the bonus.

The size of the bed.

Location was great, close enough to the French quarter and craziness of bourbon street to feel totally safe walking back at night, but far away enough to feel away from it all. staff were all great, and the lobby was beautifully presented.

The room was perfectly comfortable and adequate, but our only slight improvement could have been to ‘jazz’ up the decor slightly. the actual room itself was a little on the plain side, decor wise. having said that it was completely comfortable and that is not a complaint, just a suggestion as to what could make the room even more impressive

Great location. Loved that room service was available 24/7. Staff extremely friendly. Room had very good Nespresso coffee. I love love LOVE that they still have toiletries and not those disgusting communal bottles on the bathroom wall. The shower was very nice with strong pressure. Very soft robes!

I would have liked a fridge - they just had a minibar although it was very well stocked.

We had booked a deluxe King bed room. When we arrived we were shown to a double Queen bed room - we objected as we specifically wanted one large bed rather than 2 smaller ones as this was an anniversary trip. Initially we were told that a king bed room was not possible and that this was not guaranteed even though we had specifically booked it. We were frustrated and requested to speak to the manager who repeated the same thing to us saying that it was because we had booked through a 3rd party. I then asked ti pay for an upgraded room and was told that we could have a king bed suite for an extra $25 per night which we reluctantly agreed to pay. However we then found out that they wouldn’t charge us extra so we were very happy.

Very nice room with super comfy bed. Nice staff. Great location in middle of everything. Food was terrific.

Prices on room service a little high. We ordered 4 bowls of ice cream one night. We received 2 bowls with a half of scoop for $25. They cleared it up next day. Concierge booked us on a terrible ghost tour. He happened upon a card laying behind desk. We booked our own next night and was great.

Nice pool with a bar. Very good location. Rooms were clean and room staff were very helpful and friendly.

No free wifi but as we were Hilton members we could access free wifi. This was not mentioned when my husband called the desk to ask about the wifi.

the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and my view was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel with five star status

I didn't like the $200.00 dollar security deposit , the room was only 257.00 so the deposit was almost the cost of the booking of the room

I love the Roosevelt ! it’s so beautiful especially the lobby . Our room was nice and clean, beds/pillows were very comfortable . the staff were very friendly and helpful . great location !
