The receptionist, Nolan, provided excellent service on our arrival. The explanation of benefits and amenities was well told. Our room was as advertised with the falculties that we expected and more. The room was spacious and clean; the bed was soft and so were the pillows. The bathroom was adequate in size with a tub to shower hybrid, large mirror spanning the length of the counter, and provided an array of useful accessories. The T.V. was a flat screen HD and came with streaming services such as Netflix. The experience was great.

The only thing I didn't like was the location of the hotel. Not much to the scenery and it felt abandoned with lack of activites around the hotel.

Breakfast was very good. There were many good choices and the food was tasty.

We got a handicap accessible room. There We were grab bars.That was good, but the seat in the tub came acouple inches over the edge, making it difficult for my husband to move around. I would suggest a walk in or roll in shower. The toilet was really not wide or tall enough.

I loved the size of the room and how clean it was. It was spotless. The lobby was clean and spacious.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. I didn’t have any issues. I hate I missed breakfast.

The lobby was nice and updated. The rooms were large and comfortable. I loved that there was a tv in the sitting area and sleeping area. it was also nice to have a partial wall in the bathroom between the sink and toilet/shower area. The bathroom was larger than most. Breakfast was good too. a large variety of quick cold options and warm.

I didn't like that you couldn't access the outdoor seating from the pool area.

I asked for ground floor when I reserved the room mainly because of family member and I have a large dog. Plus the family member is handicapped was put in a very nice handicap accessible room on the ground floor may not seem to other people that this is a big deal but most times we don't get this even though requesting it so it was great to see a hotel fulfill our expectation of what a hotel should be and I like to make sure that other people looking for a great place to stay knows ..Thank you

Very clean and quiet. Best stay of my relocation journey across country. I stayed with my small dog and found it easy and safe to take her outside for walks and breaks.

The elevator was a little slow and noisy.

The staff was friendly upon check-in and recommended restaurants close by so I could pick up a nice dinner and bring it back to the hotel. The dinner was perfect as well as my room. I requested the top floor and the room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable.
