everything! the Room was excellent. clean,well furnished, Quiet, staff was tremendous. Donna Cole and Sheila Kelly were outstanding. we missed breakfast the first morning and they gathered up enough from the kitchen for my wife and I to enjoy in our room. they even offered to bring it and coffee to our room. sweetest ladies we have ever met. we are in our 80’s and they just adopted us. Ida Houck, desk clerk, was also wonderful. We felt they treated us like family. never had that before while traveling.

was not a dislike, but a bit tricky to reach the facility. stayed 3 nights and when returning after being away for a period of time, would get different directions each time on our MAPS APP.

Super clean all the way around. Smelled wonderful, Bedding & pillows where great, however the King size bed was not comfortable @ all. AC in rooms was very good. Pool was very well maintained. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good & on time. We were very happy to learn we could have Ice from the Ice machine.

King size bed was extremely uncomfortable. Didn't receive our wakeup call as we requested in person. Shower pressure was low. Towels for room & pool where small in size.

This was my first time staying in this hotel I usually stay in 3-4 star hotel for the amenities and safety so I was a little concerned about the cleanliness and the area. For a 2star hotel I was pleasantly surprised. it's In a safe area that has everything of convinance, lots of places to eat from Mc Donalds to restaurants, a store, gas, urgent care, gym, clothing stores you name it within walking distance. The room was clean and I liked the amenities in the room, everything a 3-4 star have. The bed was comfy, staff friendly and hotel quiet even tho it had many quests for the event ( University Graduation) which I was there for.

The one thing I didn't like was the small indoor pool.

Enjoyed the comfort. Didn't hear any neighbors. The pool was inside with jacuzzi, so no weather messed it up. My kid enjoyed the straighteners in the bathroom very useful!

I wish the patio area had more lights for evening/night time. I also wish breakfast had more options. Some toast, bacon, etc. One of the queen beds was too close to the wall and there wasn't much walking room. And the fact that the desk chair was in front of TV was in the way so it had to be moved elsewhere.

The staff at this facility were amazing! Courtney at the front desk was super friendly and informative. When we got to our room, the toilet was not flushing. Even though Joseph had just gone off the clock, he quickly and efficiently swapped out the flush mechanism so the issue did not affect our checking in. Sheila went way above and beyond during breakfast; she was very friendly and helpful, frequently checking to make sure we had everything we needed. When my wife accidentally forgot her purse when leaving breakfast, Sheila made sure she got it back quickly. Overall, the staff at Sleep Inn & Suites in Ruston were the most friendly, kind, and helpful we encountered during our 6,000 mile road trip! Thank you, Courtney, Joseph, and Sheila! On top of that, the facility was very clean, comfortable, and modern.

Entering the front of the property is tricky when you first arrive. Just follow the signs. (I was tired from driving and almost turned into oncoming traffic.)

Every person we encountered was very friendly. Jamie at check in did a wonderful job. Breakfast was excellent both mornings. Very clean hotel.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and the water pressure was not very good. Also the bed was pretty hard. Only 1 elevator for staff with a full hotel was a little slow. Pool was under renovation however we understand that is necessary at times but it is initially why we booked here.

Great location. Very clean. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows. The staff members were amazing. Breakfast was delicious.

The only thing I didn’t care for was our room was right by the elevator so we heard a lot of commotion throughout the day/night. It wasn’t terrible but that’s the only con.

On arrival, the staff greeted us politely and professionally. The reservation was found with no problem nor hassle. The room we were provided was spacious and clean with many accessories that we could utilize. The bathroom had an walk in shower encased in glassed with an excellent shower head provided. Small toiletries such as shampoo, bar soap, and makeup-remover, and a walled mounted hair dry was stationed there too. Breakfast is offered from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. with access to many other facilities such as an indoor pool and gym.

The only displeasure we experienced was the lack of channel selection for the televisions. Even though there were two wall mounted televisions provided, neither device provided premium movie channels.

I loved the staff there. The young lady Brittany. Ms. Renee, Mr. George, Mr. Chris, Ms. Lula Ms. Charity helped me back track my steps to find my car key. The morning staff helped me also with giving me hot waffles due to an injured hand. The entire staff was totally amazing. I will be back.

Happy and helpful staff . The hot tub was wonderful and the pool was clean. The breakfast was great! Price during the week was great and room was excellent. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels and pillows . Will be back again soon for a night away .
