For the most part it was clean, I found hair in a couple of the towels, but at least they were white. LOL the carpet felt comfortable enough to walk on barefoot. Comfortable as in clean enough. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were really white and feel clean. The room I got had an amazing view. This made everything else all right. I actually loved the fact that you can hear and see every train that passes. The hotel is right in front of a railroad track. I could see the lights on the boardwalk bridge as well as the river at night. It was beautiful. If you stay here, tell them to make sure to get you a Riverside view.

The water pressure for the shower was literal trash. The pressure of the shower was so low that it took at least 10 minutes to wash off the soap from my body. This is no cap at all. I had asked for extra towels to be in my room before my stay, I didn't get those towels. There was only one roll of tissue placed in the room.

I loved the location and how accessible it was to downtown and near the casino. All amenities were up to date and nice. The bed was extremely comfortable also.

I didn’t like how we were being rushed to check out the from. The housekeeper came almost 2 hours early the next morning at 9:30. He or she tried to enter our room without knocking or introducing who they were which was frightening. Thankfully, I wasn’t alone. He or she also attempted to walk in our room a second time and it was only 10:30. We still had 30 minutes before checkout. No knock or introducing who they were either time. Luckily, the second lock was in place or they would’ve walked right in our room and invaded our privacy.

Close walking distance to Boardwalk Shops and casinos.

Front desk services on the site says that you have luggage storage but the worker said that hotel didn't have storage. It's an inconvenience when you have a flight etc. that is later in the day as you have to drag luggage around til you have to get on flight. People consider this as important when they book hotels.

It was comfortable. I loved the pool. And def the ice machine.

Everything was ok. Just the staff were a bit quiet, which is ok, but made the stay feel a bit weird. I ddnt like that breakfast isnt offered or Anything. Also I left my cup on the counter at pay/checkout, and nobody bothered to call me.

The phone in the room didn’t work. Informed front desk about it did nothing about it. So if I had a question about something had to walk up to front desk. The walk wouldn’t be bad but I have heart problems that effect my breathing so I can’t walk very far. Other than that I was satisfied

The breakfast was the BEST ALL AROUND that I have ever experienced in any hotel in my lifetime. They deserve the highest of praise!!!

I didn't like the big dog coming out of the elevator with other guests. I just don't like the idea that I may be getting ready to sleep in a bed that a dog may have slept in with their owners the night before.

The price and location

Getting to the room on a mobility scooter was a little difficult. There were two very sharp turns to get to the room. I didn't ask for another room with easier access but the two rooms across from us were handicap rooms.

The bed and room was great. The staff was very friendly. It was a quite location, we walked to several locations.

The facility itself could be a little cleaner. Rugs, as we walk in, could be vacuumed, the elevator needed to be as well and wiped down. Coffee maker in our room did not work, and needed to be cleaned.

The location of the hotel was across the street from the festival - perfect! The bed was comfortable.

The air conditioner was noisy. We were not close to our "adjoining" room. Parking was challenging.

We loved the beds & pillows. The room was cold when we walked in & the walk in shower was amazing with the water pressure!

I have nothing bad to say. I wish we had more time to go to the pool!
