Staff very friendly at check in and check out. No problems with room. Bed, pillows, and room temperature very comfortable. Room size was great. No smell in the room. Much better than staying at the Hilton in Shreveport. Where there beds and pillows are not comfortable.

Really there was nothing I did not like. What I do not like with any of the larger hotels now is the added on RESORT FEE. YOU HAVE NO CHOICE WITH THAT., YOU HAVE TO PAY IT. SO REALLY ALL HOTELS NEED TO PUT THIS BACK INTO THE COST OF THE ROOM. IT IS CRAZY TO HAVE A LINE ITEM. WHAT A GYMIC THEY THINK PEOPLE LIKE TO SEE A LONG LIST OPF COSTS. IT'S ONE THING IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE ON COSTS. BUT WNEN YOU DO NOT LUMP IT ALL TOGETEHR AND STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES MINDS AND IRRITATIN THEM ON THIS. WHATS THE POINT IN A RESORT FEE.

I’ve been coming to this casino hotel for over 30 years and it has always been a fun trip.

I was a little disappointed in the loss of their once wonderful buffet, and I think Covid-stress has made some of the staff less than welcoming, but in the gaming area all is fairly normal. They did jack up the min. bet at our table without the usual “grandfather” exception for players that had been there a while so 4 people immediately left the table, leaving it empty with no one to joke around with. Thought that was not nice to those folks.

I made reservations for non smoking. Got there and he said they had no more non smoking rooms. Would i take a smoking room. I agreeded. HE Went to talk to someone (his superior i think) and came back and said they could give me a non smoking room. Whats the deal with that? Took forever just to get a room i had made reservations for. Guy was nice but seemed to not be very knowledgeable about his job. If a person makes certain reservations they should get what they asked for, NO problems.

I love the location and the layout of the bathroom. the vanity chair and magnification mirror was a big touch. The tub was big enough for two people to relax in at the same time. It wasn’t called a jacuzzi tub but the size was great. Also a highlight was being able to see the lighted show of the bridge at night. I was also thankful that the parking of the hotel was covered.

It was a little loud at night coming from the casino but just not the first floor which was fine with me because I stayed on like floor 13. Coming from the parking garage, didn’t really know the first night where the front desk was but overall enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend.

The room was very nice and roomy!

The room had a fridge, but no coffee maker. This needs to be changed, I woke up at 5:30 and no coffee available anywhere! I called the front desk and they told me it was removed during covid!! it doesn’t make sense, a fridge and tv with remote still in room, but no coffee maker, really? The remote to the tv is way more germ infected than a coffee maker. I think it’s an excuse because coffee cost money.

The convenience of the location to downtown.

The check in line. I really felt that I wasted majority of time in line. Room service dates only on weekends. The room was not fully clean. During my stay I came upon the Previous guest makeup a broken hanger dust along bath fixtures. The exit of the garage can use some tlc....the pavement of the road had large holes.

the layout is very convenient and has a lot of potential. the access to food was very good. I am looking forward to staying for pleasure instead of work.

the parking garage was absolutely disgusting, all the elevators I used seemed very rickety, the room I stayed in could use a little updating. I noticed a lot of rust and oxidation on the metal components in the bathroom. The carpet in the luxury room was stained in places and the wood on the entertainment center was broken. The music in the lobby was overly loud, I had a hard time hearing the lady booking my room.

The freezer didn't freeze good at all..MY HUSBAND GOT BIT BY SOMETHING !!!

Location, pool, casino & some of the staff.

Room still had the last people soap in the dish. We asked for a cart to carry our things up & was told that we had to valet Park to use the cart.On our departure we asked her to come to our room & get our luggage. She said ok & she never came. Unknown to her, she messed herself out of a $20 dollar tip!

The price and location

No coffee pot or microwave in room. Thermostats for heating and cooling are horrible. Two different rooms with the same problem. Off or on is the only way you get comfortable which takes the comfort away getting up to turn off and on. Should be able to set at 70° and it stay close to that
