The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the breakfast was really good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to neighboring cities right by the highway so very quick and easy to get around.

The carpeting. They are doing some renovations so hopefully they will remove the hallway carpets.

The breakfast was wonderful. Different every day and plenty of it! Well cooked, well presented and no shortage. The dining area overlooked a little bit of garden and we could watch the squirrels from our table, just lovely.

Nothing to dislike. The staff were warm and friendly, whatever time of the day you spoke to them. We arrived at approx. 11.30 pm, they were full of help, advice, smiles and generally very welcoming.

My room was huge and very quiet, with a comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was really good, with a big selection and excellent coffee. Good location just off the highway, with easy access to local attractions.

My only complaint is about the grounds around the hotel. Trash, leaves and cigarette butts were scattered everywhere. Not a good first impression.

The location of the Inn was convenient for spending time with family living near the beach in Saco. The air conditioning was great, which was important during the heat wave. The pool was clean. the temperature of the water was refreshing and not too cold, and towels for the pool were supplied nearby. We enjoyed having the 24 hour lobby coffee/tea set-up. The breakfast had a wide variety of items_ juices, fresh fruit, eggs, hot and cold cereal, waffles, muffins and breads. They had set up a large room with tables placed with a good distance between them, so we were comfortable sitting there. I also liked that the vending machine prices were not marked up much. We didn't feel taken advantage of.

The make-up remover cloths were not very effective and left my face greasy. Having them available was great, but they should look for a better brand. Also, the room for eating breakfast was consistently cold.

Very easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Great off season price. The breakfast was very good, better than most places. Great stay and will be back.

Staff was really nice especially the front desk attendant on 10/11 AM. He was EXCEPTIONAL. The staff is doing a good job despite being short handed.

Trying to do laundry among those that literally bring laundry baskets full of laundry and then "camp out" all night using all machines.

Very clean and comfortable, just like the hotel brand name implies. Quiet area of town, good for a peaceful sleep.

Location was a bit too far from conveniences, but easy access to the Interstate.

No one told us that the name of the hotel had changed after we booked. It took us a while to find the hotel in a dark and rainy night. Finally we called the hotel and found out that the name had changed.

I especially like that my dog is welcome to stay here with me. It is close to beach and family in OOB. The hotel is clean and breakfast was great!
