I loved the location as it is very close to both my sisters; one in Middletown, DE and the other in Baltimore. My room was perfect as it was on the first floor and I have sometime have problems with stairs. Thank you Ms. Brandi for keeping me on the lower level.

1-Online the only rooms advertised were King bed only and there other rooms available. 2-Prior to check-in, Ms. Brandi contacted me and made me aware there was a AC issue with the room I reserved. Upon my arrival, Ms. Brandi and her general manager (Mr. Bhatti) swiftly worked to relocate myself and special needs child to a suitable room after driving 10plus hours. If I can rate them both will all the stars in outer space I would.

Walked into the hotel and was immediately greeted by a lovely person welcoming us to the hotel, her name is Brandi. My check-in was quick she went over everything I needed to know. Now to the room opened the door and yes I could smell the clean, and the room was spotless. Our stay was a 2 night stay and the all the employees were very pleasant. When needed I would definitely stay here again.

I like how the front desk agent Brandi is ALWAYS so accommodating to all my family's needs. She always goes above and beyond for my family and I. We greatly appreciate everything she has done for us and continues to do. We have extended stays and points she got us we didn't even know we had for free nights!! Thank you Brandi your a life savor!

Absolutely nothing... it was Great!

LOcation is across the street from many restaurants and shopping locations and with easy access to I-95. If its nice weather you can catch a baseball game at the Cal Ripken Jr Stadium just up the street. Daishil at the front desk was very polite-they have good wifi pickup. Nice place to eat is juts up the street-The Olive Tree-great lasagna. Stayed here many times on visits to the area.

The Location was great. Very central. Lots of good places to eat and shop. I liked the cleanliness. The staff were great and very helpful.

The cellular connection and internet speed were not good. I could not get good enough cell service or fast enough internet as I had to work and it was not great.

Delicious but skimpier meaning less options than 1 year ago.

Please get more handicapped parking. There's only one spot! I was in severe pain having driven 12 hours. No HC spit and had to use stairs to get into lobby. Painful and dangerous

Everything was great! I booked late and checked in late at night as I was driving from Florida to Mass with my dog and needed a spot to sleep. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and felt very safe.

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and on the first floor. Lots of tv channels. The room was very clean and the bed had a very good comfortable mattress. I would definitely stay here again.

More items for breakfast. Had cereal, oatmeal, and apples, coffee, juice. Suggest danish, bagels toast.

Couldn’t have any better service anywhere else Brandi was the sweetest and most considerate personal ever. So very helpful to us The rest of the staff were amazing as well. Definitely will recommend and be back again Just awesome service 👍

Did not partake in breakfast. Some bagels, doughnuts, or pastries would have been nice. But it was nice that something was offered.

We had a few small complaints (black material coming out of AC, water on floor from a bad storm) but maintenance took care of everything right away. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The staff was all extremely nice and welcoming. The room was clean and always smelled good. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Lots of food choices and local shopping, all in walking distance. Other guests were very friendly.
