We choose this hotel based on the location to a wedding venue. The hotel itself was adequate but it was the staff at this location that made all the difference. From the friendly housekeeper, the restaurant waitress to the hotel manager Mr. Mounir himself. Everyone was fantastic and helpful. They really made the start of our journey very enjoyable.

Great location. It was close to our family and the interstate.

Hotel elevator was located too far from the lobby & was not noted in the hotel description. The hotel was in the process of remodeling and cable wires were hanging from the ceiling. Also did not like a cost associated with the breakfast buffet. And the toilet seat was cracked and glued! Requested maintenance to replace it and they never did.

Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Clean room. Hotel was very nice, clean and in a great location near supermarket, gas stations, restaurants/ fast food places, pharmacy, etc.

Breakfast was always empty and we had to wait a long time. Children running around knocking on our door several times until I told the front desk and they handled it. There were no hot water but once reported, we were immediately switched to a bigger room with hot water.

Front desk staff . I had a problem with my reservation at the other place so I just walked in to this place looking for a place to stay. The front desk girl got me a room and like in 5 min I was already in my room taking a shower 🚿. Amazing 😻 10+

The staff was very kind and helpful from the time we arrived intill we checked out The rooms was clean and the bathrooms had plenty of room wereas my wife is disabled and uses a scooter We have never gone wrong with a Holiday Inn The staff knows the word TEAM AND THAT TEAM DOENS'T HAVE AND I IN IT Close to beable to do adventrues everyone in the family was very pleased

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE HOTEL AND THE BOOKING SITE - ONE OF MY FLUGHTS GOT CANCELLED, I WAS TRAVELLING WITH AN INTERNATIONAL PHONE AND COULD NOT CALL. I SENT A MESSAGE THROUGH THE BOOKING SITE, IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. WHEN I SHOWED UP FOR THE SECOND NIGHT, I WAS LISTED AS NO SHOW AND DIDN'T HAVE A ROOM ASSIGNED.

The bartender and food at location is a great asset, giving the consumer more bang for your buck. It's convenient. Chicken wings are bomb. Bartender is top notch for service. Very social and accommodating.

Room had limited plugs for electronic devices. Renovations to room had wall facade covering what used to be power outlets. This proved very inconvenient when 2 people are staying in the room. Also, there was a desk with no way to power a laptop there.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, slept well. Nice lounge area with tables for meals and a bar. What little food I had there was good. The stay was quite pleasant.

Only one thing negative was my tv signal was terrible. It would pause, try to reconnect, then was fine for a few minutes sometimes, then spent another minute reconnecting. Really made it impossible to watch anything.

The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t seem to work. All the humid air then came into the room and the a/c couldn’t handle getting the humidity out.

We asked for extra coffee, cream and sweetener in the room at time of booking. It was reiterated by myself at check-in and acknowledged by the receptionist. When we went to our room two hours later there was no coffee, extra cream or sweetener. Very poor at the little things.
