We were on the pet floor and when we checked in on Sunday,there was a bag of trash by our door,,,,,it was there when we left Tuesday and the hall smelled of dog poop from the trash and it came in to our room,,,,,it was ripe,,,,,

The King suite was amazing. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very nice. The pool area was clean and stocked. The kitchenette was clean and fully stocked with pots and pans and needed items. And beds were comfortable.

The cell service was bad plus no free WiFi. But that's all Hiltons. The breakfast wasn't good, the sausages were boiled and the potatoes were not baked or fried hard enough. It tasted ok. Also, it wasn't stocked fast enough but that could be a staffing issue.

Breakfast was good

Staff were rude in checkin. I was in town for a funeral and she couldn’t find the reservation. I had to change the date due to arrangements changing but did so prior to check in and in the days allotted (two days advance). She questioned if I “even booked here”. It started the stay off on bad footing. She did find the reservation and I was checked in in time

The privacy and the cleanliness of the room. The comfort of the bed was awesome. The noise level was excellent it was very peaceful and relaxing.

The hot tub was out of order most of the time. That was one reason we booked there. But overall everything was great. The closet was off the track so we couldn't use but we notified the front desk before we left.

So quiet! Comfy bed. Suite setup is wonderful so one partner can sleep in darkness, other can read/watch TV, etc. in separate room.

Didn't like that first receptionist on phone couldn't find my booking.com reservation and it took 3 phone calls and her general manager to find that it showed up under my FIRST name as if that's my last name. Second time this has happened with booking.com. And didn't like that we were provided only 2 coffees and 2 creamers and had to request more each day. And had to order breakfast the day before. Would have liked for housekeeping to just look in and see if the coffee situation needed to be replenished, and been able to pick up breakfast as desired in the morning when we knew our plans for the day, as with most hotels.

It was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Also there is a great little bar and grill next door(with in walking distance) that made great food

The double room and bathroom setup with the living room and kitchen space in the middle. Great setup.

I do like how big and comfortable place is. It's pricy but the bed was comfy and I rested well. That's very valuable.

I thought it was on the pricey side but still. Depends on the area, nice facility and decent breakfast

The location of the breakfast was fine but the breakfast itself wasn’t that good

The eggs were cold. And I wish there was bacon. I didn’t like the sausage. And no fruit

Nice comfortable clean rooms. Good for kids with basketball court and lots to do. Nice hot breakfast. Would def come again.
