What happened to the days of a free breakfast included with the cost of a stay?! The front desk staff were amazing especially the staff who were there when we arrived the afternoon of July 21. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was super friendly and very welcoming. When we said we were in search of coffee she recommended a cafe across the street which ended up being fabulous. So good that we went back to the cafe the next day for breakfast —which was incredible. We were happy to be able to tell her before we checked out that her recommendation was great.

More coffee and creamers in the room. Some of us need more than one coffee in the morning or want another later in the day. I drink my coffee black but my husband uses several creamers in his. More creamers and coffee pods would be great.

The Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and contained all the necessary items. however, my husband said the bed was not comfortable. Since we were participating in the Naval Academy graduation festivities, it would have been helpful to have a hotel shuttle to take us into Annapolis. As it was, we had to spend quite a bit on cabs to take us and bring us back to the hotel at night, as well as to and from the airport.

Since we were participating in many of the Naval Academy’s graduation festivities, it would have been extremely helpful for the hotel to have provided shuttles to and from the city of Annapolis. As it was, we had to spend quite a bit of money on cab fare to go to and from the events as well as to and from the airport.

Clean, safe, modern, well appointed. I liked that there were trees and shade in the parking lot. I travel with a cat who lives in my car, and never goes to the rooms. Finding a shady spot to park is very important, even though I do not leave him in the car parked during the heat of the day. Always looking to park on the east side of the hotel so that the morning sun does not heat the car. before 6:00 am or 7:00 am

No breakfast, but there was coffee. I like to check the room before signing in and dragging in my bag, just in case there is a problem in the room. ( a/c rattling, or toilet running, or TV not working. ) Was told I could not because of Covid. OK . But if something is wrong I asked. " you would have to stay anyway, we could not give you another room." REALLY? (Was checking in at the earliest proper time.) OK sergeant desk clerk! There was nothing wrong in the room thank heavens.

The location for the hotel,and when I walked inside how it was set up. Beautiful. The hotel hostess were very nice. The rooms were very clean and nice,right down to the front door of the rooms. I even liked them. The pool was open that was a plus too.

There wasn't anything that I could think of wrong. But there is one thing I would like to see changed. On Sunday if they could have the hotel restaurant open. Everyone ,once you get there may not want to go out to get dinner. That's the only thing I would like to see become available.

Property was clean and modern. good location to shopping and entertainment.

Parking lot was inadequate. Too many service vehicles parked utilizing 3 plus spaces. made worse by the fact that the hotel was completely booked. Thin walls and door no sound was muffled. Could even hear conversation on adjourning elevator!! Noise level of guests throughout the night and the weed smoking was unacceptable. A free breakfast have been nice.

It was a clean and nice hotel. Good, cooked to order breakfast for the kids. My husband and I got takeout breakfast from the BEST place ever across the street, In Grano Bistro Bakery with drool worthy food and breads (pricey, but SO worth it!). That restaurant is literally the best thing about this hotel’s location! Other than that, no complaints about this hotel at all. it was a nice stay over Fourth of July weekend.

The staff was great, especially Kevin.

The room was not what I expected(different than the picture). The pool was outside, not inside. My husband and I were sleeping when the maid came in at 930, not at 12. A lamp in the hallway was missing a cover.

Breakfast options met my needs, the attendant was very good at letting everyone know how the system worked. She did well keeping up on cleaning tables and refilling beverages. She is an asset to that location.

Appeared to be out of regular coffee k-cups for the rooms. I managed well but generally like a caffeine jolt in the morning. Even without regular coffee, my stay was enjoyable. I will likely return if I nee to stay in Annapolis again soon.

Quiet but I chose the top floor because of impact noise when I stayed on the third floor. Now I make the noise.

3rd floor ice machine didn’t work.

The young lady that checked us in and the Hershey kisses she gave! The room was so clean and fresh!

Years ago Continental Breakfast was free. This time it was like Ten bucks and not near as nice. I do understand with Covid this is a price we have to pay. Also in the past a bartender was there at check in which was cool! This time cabinets and bar were all locked up. Again I get it. Hopefully we can get past Covid, staffing issues and high priced goods soon. Trust me it is still one of the best hotels we frequent!
