Everyone in the staff we talked to was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations, with a different freshly made crepe every morning, bacon or sausage, yogurt, fruit, cereals, etc.

The location is convenient to visit the area, being close to Annapolis and to the bridge that connects to the eastern shore. But if you only want to visit Annapolis you can probably find something closer to the center.

We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t rate it. The room was very comfortable and the bed and bedding extremely first class. Had a really good nights sleep.. Bathroom a bit on the small side, but quite adequate.

We were only there for 1 night so there was nothing to complain about.

Everything was wonderful. The staff, the accommodations, to the room itself. It was clean and very spacious. I even had two friends visit with no problem when I was there. You guys made my Christmas one of the greatest from visiting out of town.

I wish the breakfast went longer than until 9:30am.

The breakfast selection were too not lumières and not the best. I’ve been to other holiday inns the breakfast at those locations were by far better

very easy to find .. the front desk very accommodating.. I arrived early for a wedding ( because I traveled from Nj ) was greeted with a smile and “yes we can “!! The breakfast was very good also ! The coffee amazing!!

This hotel has everything one needs when staying in Annapolis. You step out of the hotel and find yourself in the middle of Towne Center, a modern shopping area with high end restaurants, bars, a Target store, boatting gear stores, and more. Since it is not located in the middle of the buzz, it is not expensive (not close to the water front.) But it is also a very short drive to Historic Annapolis (5 to 10 minutes, depending on traffic). So if you want to go have a drink or dine by the waterfront, a Lyft or Ubber ride will not be expensive. Holiday Inn shows its good standards: clean, comfortable beds and well trained staff (everyone was kind, prompt and helpful; they even kept our bags the whole day, after we checked-out.) Breakfast is included, with bananas, oranges, apples; your own bottled orange juice, as much coffee and/or tea you can have and an egg and bacon/sausage sandwich that is not bad at all (COVID times means they give you a wrapped sandwich but that should hopefully change over time.) In brief, awesome value if you are looking for a place to sleep in Annapolis, without expecting luxury but just a clean, well managed and well located hotel.

We could not figure out how to make our TV connect to any channel or streaming services. Nothing major. We just checked the news in our phones instead.

The neighborhood was amazing, very posh with lots of nice stores, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was diverse, great value for money. Also a big parking, felt very safe.

The rooms are average size, nothing special, with very shallow bath tubs, but I have noticed the same in other hotels of the category so I guess it is a standard.

Location was near where we wanted to be. Near restaurants etc.

Hotel was old,room was very small, bathroom was very very small. Price per day for this hotel was way out of line.
