Clean comfortable room and facilities. Very good location as it is located next to Waugh Chapel Town Center with lots of places to dine and a Regal Cinema . Near Target and next to Wegman's groceries. But don't limit your dining options in the town center, there's plenty more within 5 miles. Also situated between Baltimore Airport and Annapolis. Very good value for the money compare to the hotels on Riva road.. I highly recommend this hotel If you are in town to visit your Midshipmen at USNA, and don't mind driving an extra 8 miles. I also recommend Akira Ramen, Nando's Peri-Peri chicken, Hibachi Bento and an authentic Mexican resto El Cabrito. All very good value for your hard earned money.

Skipped the breakfast so can't rate for that, but the hotel was perfect for our needs (short overnight stay). Parking was great, plenty of room. Staff was super friendly. Our 2-queen bed's room was clean and comfortably sized for our needs. Loved the cozy-looking window seat with the cushions. Bonus for location -- you can walk to Wegmans and all the other shopping, movies, fitness centers in the same area. Be vigilant when navigating around the shopping center, it's super busy.

The ceiling in our room could have used some touching up; there were several discoloration stains that were a bit off-putting to look at (is it a water leak or just mismatched paint?). The room's coffee maker is in an awkward spot and I didn't want to fumble around with the power cord to move it, so I skipped that. AC was a bit loud, but ok if you need noise to drown out snoring, lol!

I was ok with the breakfast. I just thought the breakfast would be hot with scrambled eggs, grits and waffle maker or something. However it was still good. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Pleasant Hotel scenery is GREAT.

There is nothing to dislike this hotel is GREAT right across the street from Outback are you kidding me and you can walk to the MALL and shop whaaaaaat.."GET OUTTA TOWN" lol There's nothing to dislike.

The location makes it worth staying here again! Lots of shopping and restaurants next door, literally. The rooms were clean, which is very important to me. The staff helped with all concerns.

The entrance rugs needed vacuuming- first impression made me worry about the condition of the room, but the room turned out great. The minimal breakfast isn't the best, but it's better than nothing. We booked thru a 3rd party, which caused some confusion for the staff and a slight inconvenience for us, but they took care of everything.

Room was clean when we arrived, lobby and breakfast area was clean and pleasant, staff was pleasant and professional and helpful. Price was fair, location was a very good proximity to the Maryland Renaissance Festival. I liked the little window seat, my friend that I was traveling with thought the beds were comfortable. The ceiling was very high in the hotel room? which I hadnt expected, but it was neat.

The bed was a little too firm for me personally. No one came in to clean during the day after our first night there, which wouldnt have been too bad except it did lead to our trashcans being a bit overfilled by the end of our 2 night stay, as we had gotten pizza for dinner on the first night from a place nearby and had to throw away the large pizza box in the tiny hotel trashcan.
