Our room was easily accessible, the pool was very warm, beds were really comfortable, and great view from our big window. The $150 damage deposit could be paid with cash, that was very convenient so we could have it back the next day without having to wait a couple days for it to post back onto a card. Also, last but not least the breakfast exceeded our expectations!

A sign on the door said the hot tub was out of order, however, people were getting in it anyways. We were told no one could by front deck and then security said it was only down because the jets weren’t working as good. Our key card took like 50 tries to let us in every time we left our room. We had to track down sheets, blankets, and pillows for our pull out sofa. Usually hotels have them in the room somewhere.

My accommodations where above my expectations. The original request was for queen beds, but I sent a message through the chat for a king bed. The hotel responded quickly to all my questions. Once at check in they upgraded be to a king with a sitting area. This was great because it provided more movement around the room with my walker. I was close to the elevator; front desk & all staff were professional and friendly. The dining hostess was cheerful, courteous, and very helpful. The choices for breakfast items were vast, fresh and beautifully displayed. Hat's off to the dining staff! Lastly, on the Saturday there was a comedy show and the hotel had great organization inside and outside this event. I would definitely return for another stay.

The only dislike for me is I think my room was next to a smoker. This did cause a little interruption of my sleep but after running the fan for a few minutes all was well. I just have a high sensitivity to smell.

The breakfast was great. It would have been nice to have fried potatoes or hash browns. The ladies were so friendly. U loved being able to park without having to pay$30 or$40 a day. The shuttle service was wonderful. A mix up once but no big deal. I want to give a shout out to Walid!!!! Super nice guy! The housekeeping ladies were very attentive. They keep it sparkling there.

A rude family that complained because I think they wanted everything complimentary. Very sad to act the way they did!!

It had free breakfast and best of all free parking. Seneka the supervisor in the Caf was very welcoming and super friendly. The fact that she is there for almost 30+ years and is still able to genuinely maintain good customer service amazes me. You need people like her in all parts of the business. My son was shy but he gave her a big smile 😊

Nothing to dislike except that during our stay the room was only cleaned once. Even though I had the sign up for room makeover. The TV was also not functioning properly seems the wifi is very slow we were at the 8th floor so not sure if that was the case.

From the courtesy at the front desk during checking in to the bar. The young lady (hostess/bartender) the last time there was kind and funny (forgot her name sorry). Her suggestions on what to order were on point and the drinks were good too. The additional plus is the free breakfast that is offered which is great compared to just watered down eggs I have experienced at other hotels. The pool is also nice as well. Will definitely be back whenever the chance arises!!!

Have stayed at this location twice in the past two weeks - both times in the morning, couldn't get an elevator to go down for some reason. Waited and waited and waited, finally took the stairs down from one of the upper floors where I was at. One time it looked like the cause might be that the cleaning staff had locked open an elevator door for their use. Other than that, have always liked staying here, staff friendly and attentive, clean rooms, good breakfast buffet.

I liked the area and it was close to the Harbor. It was very easy to find after we got off from the highway. We also liked the security staff.

The night we stayed there you had a big kids fashion show there and when we came back from going out to shop and sightsee the parking lot was totally full and there were no spots available for your guests in the hotel rooms. I found that to be VERY annoying! If you have parties like that you should block off a section of your parking lot for the people who actually have rooms reserved there. There were a lot of pissed off people that night. Some said they would never come back to your hotel again.

It was in a safe location. The entrance lobby was impressive. The dining facilities provided a wonderful menu selection and reasonable prices. The meal and beverages were delicious. Our server Nigel she was polite and efficient. Thank you to management for a wonderful stay

There was only one elevator in operation which was workable but took time to get a ride. Very surprised out of 4 elevators only one was operable.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Despite its visible age, every thing is well kept. Please don't make me write more, this is very annoying and I will stop being helpful.

Although the breakfast being free, it was very stale after more visitors arrived. On the first day, it was very good, but the quality dropped noticeably afterwards. Aside from that I have no other constructive notes.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Bayview Johns Hopkins campus. Delighted to find out the hotel provided a free shuttle to most of the JH campuses! We need to go downtown in February and will return to this hotel! Our restaurant server asked us if we were visiting JH and deducted 10percent from our tab. The room had plenty of lights which all worked and had outlets and usbs within easy reach. Very clean

Just a quirky thing. Bar had no olives for my martini or malt vinegar for my fried fish.
