Loved the views and look, great Starbucks. Didn't get to go to the restaurant so not sure. Walking distance to restaurants the bloggers discussed.

A little confusing and not prepared that there were with 2 hotels in one but easily figured out. food should have been included for the perfect stay since everyone was at Starbucks the food clearly could've been the center piece. The libe was 10to 15.mins long just to get the order. Had to find staff at the front desk that would go on lengthy conversations as we waited for the car already called and Starbucks for 15mins, lots of waiting post hospital visit.

Extremely close to the harbor with out being a million dollars a night. Clean and staff was friendly.

Expected more from the “bar and grill”. No mention that breakfast was buffet only on the weekends, so I was very disappointed when I went to order meals from their breakfast menu on the website. The bar tender was nice, but did not know how to make a drink, everything was way too over poorer and juices tasted expired. They don’t even use fresh lime and lemon juice, everything was from a bottle and it was super gross.

Everything, from the quality of the staff and services, to all of the available facilities, the location and easy walking access to all of the numerous shopping historic and dining options and local nightlife. Extremely affordable yet high quality amenities, and very nice staff, from the front desk clerks to the valet, housekeeping, chef and supporting staff.

That it was time to go home, and couldn't stay longer. This was our second stay in two months, and well worth making it our special place for short romantic getaways! 😃

bed linens and room needed some attention. Door on refrigerator cabinet would not close. was not offered housekeeping. never came by. had to flag for towels and toilet paper and to take out garbage.

The location was good. The rooms were nice and clean the bathroom was very spacious. Just note valet parking charges $35 I believe and can get back up due to very busy street where the hotel is located but their system is good.

The only thing I can say bad is just the waiting to get our car from the valet.

The front desk had the names mixed up and sent me a text message that was for my cousin. The rooms that were supposed to identical booked rooms were different.

I love the spacious room and rooftop park. I was attending a conference at the Marriott Waterfront but chose to stay here instead because your rates were lower than their discounted rooms set aside for conference members and I'm glad I did. I was able to grab my Starbucks and walk across the street to the conference each morning.

This place is awesome location, safe neighborhood. Good restaurant, Starbucks only step right next to hotel. Nice and friendly staffs. Clean and comfy room. definitely coming back ! There is parking which cost $25 per night but connect to the lobby.

The rooms was clean and lobby was great. With the pandemic as it is they need to force the mask more. There was a sign on the door to where your mask but some the guest didn’t have on and some of the staff had there mask hanging barely on.

The front desk lady messed my whole trip up with her attitude.

The location and the place was beautiful. Staff friendly and professional.

Room size...,.I'm claustrophobic so going into the room was pretty tight. The room was small. Bathroom and closet area were too close to one another.
