Friendly staff, comfortable room, everything nice and clean. The bed was nice and the pillows were great (I bought one). Breakfast was nice, plenty of options. A note for pet owners: there is a $40 pet fee and you can't leave the pet in the room if you leave the hotel. This time this wasn't a problem for me but often it would be as I frequently travel for work or to visit family who can't accommodate my dog.

No complaints. Just that it would help to know when booking about the pet fee and the rules regarding leaving the pet unattended. That is important information and can be a deal breaker for me depending on my needs on that particular stay. That's really more of a suggestion for booking.com, although the info would be helpful if easy to find on the hotel website.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was clean and inviting. We used this stay as a mini vacation away from home. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel in Lavale, MD of this quality with availability on Thanksgiving day. By the time we were checking out, we were planning our next mini vacation stay.

I had to walk down to the front desk to get extra towels. It was Thanksgiving night and I understand working with a smaller staff during holidays.

Location great. Room very nice. Block out curtains actually closed & kept it dark. Breakfast staff excellent. Hot food nicely made. Love all the plugs close to the beds! Shiny shower & bathroom. Plenty of towels for our 2 day stay. Bedding wonderfully white & clean. Great air conditioning too! WiFi great! Would have rated the hotel a 10 but when I arrived the outside front was filthy with spills all over the front. Which was rectified the by the time we left. Apparently was waiting for a maintenance person which I understand, but first impressions are everything. Pool / hot tub nice & also clean but the flooring area around pool needs to be repainted. The windows in there made it feel like outside & bright which made the floors more noticeable. Hopefully I can rate this location at a 10 next time we stay.

I have stayed in the area before and really was not fully aware of the hotel and it's location. But this time around my wife was with me and I like for her to stay in a nice place, and you fit the bill perfectly. The breakfast and the setup was quite good. I will certainly stay there again when I come to that area. We were more than pleased. Thanks for a great stay.

Hot and cold foods including fresh fruit were available for breakfast. Location was close to restaurants and shopping. Even though parts of the hotels were being renovated, there was no adverse impact to our stay.

One minor inconvenience was that housekeeping services were only provided upon request. However, when we requested housekeeping services, the manager arranged for it to be provided.

The staff was very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job of correcting my mistake of initially booking the wrong date and were able to make the adjustment to the correct date with ease. I appreciated them offering (without me even asking) to leave my motorcycle parked under the protection of the hotel entrance where there is a roof and plenty of lighting.

This was the epitome of exceptional service. I was happily greeted. I told them what I wanted and they complied completely. They even remembered my name and my requirements and asked about my stay. It is the first time the front desk has been so personable and compliant. I will definitely return.

Very clean accommodations and staff went above and beyond with service. Check-in was friendly and provided extra blankets and towels no problem! And the morning breakfast staff were very cheerful and attentive. It was nice to see staff have great energy and enjoy their jobs!

Right off the Highway Plenty of parking and close to restaurants

I think the rooms were just redone or the room hadn’t been used for awhile The Tv had to be rebooted, the shower didn’t drain that well, some of the glue down carpet tiles were coming up mostly just little things.

The breakfast was the superstar of our stay. If we weren’t in such a hurry, we would have stuffed ourselves! The room was super clean, and we appreciated the shower for the rubber mat, and the awesome shower head. The nearby restaurant choices were good. We carried out Mexican food from Rio Grande. It was very good! Beds were very comfortable as well. We will keep this one in mind if we travel to the Philly area again. It’s a very convenient stop for us.

It looks like you need an update on your in-room refrigerators, and microwaves. Look very old. Wish the bathroom had had an exhaust fan.
