Breakfast was delicious! We loved how many great options there were. You can eat in the dining room or have it delivered to the room, so convenient. Such a cozy ambience. We felt very "left alone", in a good way. Staff were available if something was needed, but we were able to enjoy solitude and restfulness without feeling like we had to socialize. A huge plus for us introverts!

We didn't love that the inn was located in a neighborhood. We were hoping to have a bit more privacy and distance from other homes, but it didn't affect our stay. All the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We enjoyed everything about our stay!

The Inn - Beautiful location and ambiance. Such a homey feel with the perk of it being the perfect getaway. The check-in happy hour was well done and beautifully decorated for Valentines day. It was nice to have some snack options when we arrived. Cozying up by the fireplace on a cold winter's night topped off a lovely evening! Can't wait for warmer weather to come back to enjoy the outdoor spaces...there are a pair of Adirondack chairs calling our names! The Rooms - We stayed in the Browning Room and will definitely book it again! The room was so comfortable, the view was spectacular, and the bed and linens were PERFECT! So comfortable. Although it is at the top of the main stairs we did not really hear any other guests as they came and went. Breakfast - The MTO breakfast options were nice! A good variety and well seasoned. The homemade sourdough bread and strawberry jam were AMAZING! I wish I could have taken some home.

Scott and his staff are very attentive and take pride in giving exceptional service. We were pleasantly surprised by all the extra offerings. From the complimentary Happy Hour to the complimentary hour boat ride. Even the room refrigerator had a freezer. My husband and I aren’t breakfast eaters but we looked forward to the gourmet breakfasts. With 8 choices and catering to special dietary needs for people there’s something for everyone. The location is across from Wisp and they also have an in with the college if you want to go swim at it’s indoor pool.

Awesome location with beautiful views! Everything was wonderful we enjoyed our delicious and hearty breakfast. Late we experienced very relaxing massages from Heather before heading out to visit the waterfalls. Make reservations for Dutch’s for a romantic dinner. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our anniversary, thank you for your hospitality!!

Breakfast choices were outstanding and delicious. We had it brought to our room twice. Dining area faces lake. They have larger bedrooms that are newer and livingroom area. All have fireplaces. I would do that on next visit. Only because I like a bigger room, with livingroom area. Our room faced the lake and you wake up viewing the gorgeous views. Hosts are so nice and accommodating. Staff exceptional. Huge porch with many Adirondack chairs facing Deep Creek Lake, plants hanging, grounds are lovely. Beautiful patio area in back with fire pit. Chairs tucked in little nooks outside for 2. A room with all kinds of goodies you may purchase on an honor system. Cookies, bread and wine in the afternoon. Boat ride at 5 and 6 on the lake. Can you tell we loved it. Go.....it's wonderful. Did I mention beds are to due for!

Steps to Inn are stone and need some repair. A lot of places to catch your shoe or sandal. You have to be careful, but everything else out weighs that small issue. Most of masonry work is original to inn. History of the inn is wonderful and interesting.

We were in town for my father-in-laws funeral, and LPI was exactly the haven we needed. We felt cared for, yet we had space and privacy. Honestly, stepping onto the porch when we arrived may have been the first time we really “breathed” since we got the phone call about my father-in-laws passing 2 days prior. When my own mother and sister arrived for the funeral, we got them a room there as well.

We stumbled upon LPI by accident and so glad we did! We have been coming for 3 years now and plan to continue making memories here!

I honestly hate to complain because honestly we live every single part of our stay but there was something small over the wall next to the bed that grossed us out… maybe check since it’s dark and you were unable to see it . The place otherwise is immaculate!

The room was cozy and the bed was VERY comfortable. The Inn was charming and the staff was SO friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the lakefront firepit. We felt right at home, immediately.

We could find almost nothing to criticize. There was unseasonable warmth in the area during the weekend we visited so, in our opinion, the AC could have been a bit better but, while we would have preferred it cooler, it was good enough especially since AC isn't usually needed in this area even in summer. The only other (trivial) criticism is that the pedestal sink in our room seemed short - but maybe we're tall? Really no complaints, just minor personal preferences, and we will be booking again and plan to return within the year.

After a short, quick re-accommodation of rooms at checkin, we fell in love with the Innkeeper’s flat. You have your own private access which makes the entire stay alittle more private. The breakfast was amazing and delicious!

Not having a tv in the room definitely forced an early night and the couch wasn’t so comfy to stay out in the living room. We didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities nor the stay-inclusiveness due to the weather (not the Inn’s fault), but it did make the price alittle too expensive for a staycation

Awesome hotel, no complaints. Very cozy and stylish, beautiful views both of the lake and the mountain. Great breakfast and service in general. Staff very helpful and kind. Perfect choice for those that want to explore the region, especially for those who want to go skiing at the Wisp.
