It was clean and quiet. Everyone was nice and helpful

I don’t have anything I didn’t like but I do wish the pull out bed had extra padding. You could feel the springs through the sheets and if it is an option when booking then I feel it should be made to be comfortable especially if staying a couple nights. The only thing missing was an oven or conventional oven it would have been a little easier especially with having a kid. Also some more benches and maybe a place with umbrellas would be nice also to sit outside I didn’t see any

I liked the apartment overall; we had all the amenities we needed. The first night, we were put in an apartment without a working AC, but after we reported the issue, we were moved to another apartment. Additionally, we were granted a late checkout for no extra cost. We liked the breakfast as well as the seating area. The gym was decent - we used the treadmills on two separate days.

The only issue I had was that our building and apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. The room was cleaned and our carpet was thoroughly sprayed but the smell was still overpowering. We did also experience people starting their cars early in the morning and letting the car idle in order to start it. I know people need to get to work, but this was excessively loud and lasted about 30 minutes each morning around 6:30am.

The continental breakfast was very good. There was a decent selection of items, good coffee. The location was great for visiting the Inner Harbor, very easy to find. The size of the room exceeded my expectations. Would definitely book again.

The only thing I would change is the comfort of the sofa bed. The mattress could have been slightly thicker and additional bedding would have been preferable. To be fair, we didn't ask for additional bedding, which I'm sure would have been provided.

The check in was smooth. Bunnie, front desk customer service, was so pleasant, friendly, caring, and kind. She is very personable. Our room was clean. The accommodations were nice for the pricing. The location is in a good area. Not far from gas stations/convenience stores, restaurants, major highways, and Baltimore Harbor.

The entry to our building smelled like animals and stale air. The parking could offer more spaces.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The smell of marijuana in the corridors; the carpets in the hallways and corridors need to be updated; the curtains in the bedroom had holes in them. At reception I had to wait and wait until someone came to help me. That happened on both occasions I needed to interact with a receptionist. The facility seemed to be in need of an update overall

It was quiet until the night before I left, then by chance a junior cheerleader competition turned up and it became the opposite! Good location for me to attend a seminar over two days 15 minutes walking from hotel. 15 mins walking to 7 eleven or Dunkin’ Donuts. This meant I did not need a car. Room was spacious. All functioned as intended. Staff helped me out with a couple of odd ball things as I couldn’t get my phone to operate correctly. No noise from road traffic and just tangible sound from airport. I had a third floor room which I found the stairs way quicker than the elevator, but there is good access if you need it. I noted the dog friendly hotel but did not notice any adverse smell to the property.

Could you make the deer come a little closer as I could not see them clearly! :-) nothing to report.

The entire staff is super professional and especially kind no matter what the hour of day.

If you advertise a shuttle you better have one. The fireplace you show number one pic isn’t working. The fireplace in the lobby is never on. Your laundry rooms are so disgusting old and half working. Your snack situation is almost non existent. Your staff knows how to treat their guests why doesn’t management.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was simple and easy. This is a great example of a nice clean mid-star hotel It is nothing fancy but it's more than enough for the average traveler or the person looking for a place near the airport. They offer a great breakfast included in your stay and affordable laundry service as well. the TVs are online so can stream from a Netflix account or enjoy YouTube which is nice. I also love the fact that the room has a kitchen in it so we were able to cook and enjoy hot meals without ordering in or going out.

1. the room has no ceiling lights only lamps which can be a bit dark at night. 2. the tub was a bit stained and old. 3. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear anything louder than normal talking. 4. The location is rather industrial so there is really nothing to outside with out traveling 10 or 15 minutes away.

The staff are friendly and considerate. The breakfast was delicious. The property and pool are a good size. The cleaning staff are attentive to your needs. I loved the access to a fitness room.

The walls are thin so I could hear my upstairs neighbors and across the hall, too. Some guests are not considerate of the other people staying there.

the suite was roomy and very quiet! Fit us all comfortably!

The only thing we thought could change is the hours the airport transportation. Flying in late, sometimes due to weather delays, causes angst of its own. To not be able to depend on transportation back to the hotel only adds to it. We do thank the front desk receptionist for calling us an Uber! that was great customer service!!
