GREAT LOCATION, SO CLOSE TO MANY RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BEACH AND BOARDWALK, THE HOTEL EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AS FAR AS CLEANLINESS AND THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO OCMD FOR YEARS AND MOST TIMES STAY IN BEACH BLOCK CONDOS, WHICH ARE VERY PRICY. I STUMBLED UPON DUNES COURT IN MY SEARCH AND FIGURED I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY AND I AM SO PLEASED THAT I DID, I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AND TRADING IN MY PRICY CONDO FOR THIS CUTE, CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENT HOTEL.

MAYBE A BETTER ICE MACHINE AS IT WAS HARD TO FILL A SMALL COOLER BUT HONESTLY IT WAS STILL DOABLE. THERE WAS NOTHING I DIDNT LIKE , EVEN THE CLEANING PERSONNEL WERE SO FRIENDLY. KUDOS TO CESAR.

This was my 2nd time staying here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach access is convenient and not too crowded in that area. Lots of great food and shopping in walking distance. AC works really well. The pool was well maintained.

Not so much didn't like, but a couple suggestions...I wish the bedding was a little thicker or maybe a spare blanket in the room; it got chilly overnight. It would be nice if the table in the room was bigger, like a small kitchenette table instead of end table size.

I liked the location, as well as cost. Pretty good value for OCMD. The building is older, has been updated a few times and some things probably could be updated again. Not a luxury stay, but I just need a hot shower, comfortable bed and heat/AC . Dunes supplies that no problem. Fun staff to interact with, front desk asked if I need anything else for my stay and seems sincere, not my usual experience.

Can’t say I was disappointed in any aspect of the hotel. Not a new building but everything worked as expected.

Location was great and the staff in the office and maintenance couldn’t have been any nicer to us.

The maid service was terrible. We would put our sign out and no one would come to our room all day. We had to go to the office and ask for maid service every single day of our week vacation. We had our room swept only one time. We didn’t get our bathroom cleaned at all.

The location to the beach and boardwalk were exceptional. We also had a corner room on the third floor with an excellent view of the ocean. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great value as compared to other hotels in the area. Housekeeping and maintenance were always available if needed. Will definitely return to the Dunes. 😊

The room did have a musty smell to it which could probably be eliminated or made better with the removal of the carpeting and installation of laminate flooring.🤷‍♀️

I loved the location , it was very clean , the pool was beautiful . Most of all I loved the girls in the office ! Love , and I forgot the other young lady and Awna . Their customer service was top of the line . I look forward in seeing them again .

Because the pool is all lit up and beautiful , it would be so nice if we could swim at least until 10:00 pm

We like everything except that it was on the 3rd floor. We are seniors. When we checked in the counter person could barely speak English. We asked for 1st or 2nd floor & she said that was impossible. REALLYYYY????!! During our four day stay ours and one other car were the ONLY ones in the lot. Is this really how you want to treat seniors??? My God!!!!

It was super comfortable. Loved the bed and the pillows and blankets. Close to the beach and the boardwalk. Had a nice pool. And the rooms were quiet and peaceful. Best sleep I had in a long time. And room was a fair price for the hotel and location.

Close to the beach. Pool was nice. Our room location was excellent for both - first floor away from the street. Free coffee 24 hours a day! Office and cleaning staff went above and beyond!

Rooms did not have separate balconies, just furniture in the outdoor walkway. My room specifically had no view, just the stairway across from us.

It’s right next to the boardwalk which was very convenient. It was also a spot where the beach didn’t get very crowded. The oceanfront view was great. We didn’t even book an oceanfront room but they upgraded us for free when we checked in! The staff was so friendly. Another great thing is that there was plenty of parking. I’ve been to other hotels where it was hard to find available spaces, but that was never an issue during our stay. I’d definitely stay at Dunes Court again.
