It was our first time staying on the property with the pool because we had our fur baby with us. It was the only option for families who had pets. I loved how accommodating they were as we had to switch out our reserved apartment for a pet one. It was nice and they didn't give us any hassle. We always stayed across the street from them so having the pool was a bonus for us! Super friendly staff and just everyone. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience year after year. We always stay with them whether on site or at their other property across the way.

At times, the room felt humid but it was still very nice and we are thankful.

Location was great, nice and clean, EXCELLENT STAFF!!!!! That alone makes the trip. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was amazing!!! Smiles, attentiveness, the fact that I was unprepared for check in and it did not even phase the staff they made it painless and pleasant. THANK YOU

Ok what I didn't like was the fact I could here everyone from my room. I could here the kids playing Xbox down the hall, I could here the guy above using his bathroom (we will leave it at that) when the door leading outside shut it slammed shut and everything in the room shook a little. But in all honesty these are very minor things in what was a great stay.

Loved having 3 rooms all with comfortable beds and tv's at such a reasonable price. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk which was very convenient when you have kids. Wonderful sitting area out front to relax.

The only downside was there was no elevator to where we stayed. I wish it would of said that when I booked. There is 3 bedrooms and a living room, which is nice. We had luggage for people staying in 3 rooms which can be a lot, especially when you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. Also, told the indoor pool was heated. It was not heated when we were there. My kids did not mind though.

Location was great! Just about a block away from beach and boardwalk. Super comfy and big for the price. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

It was not very clean. There were someone else’s dirty towels left in the room and other people’s personal items left under the couch. It also didn’t look like the moved any furniture or anything when cleaning and the floors were very dirty.

There was no breakfast but that’s ok..location excellent. The ladies at the front desk were excellent ..we did not know..or it didn’t click in …that the room in the commander beach house was that small and did not have a bathroom in the room..definitely a college age type facility..the front desk staff after we talked to them found us a room in the main building which was excellent..and for what little more we paid we would’ve chosen that from the beginning if we knew..the room was big and a big bathroom and a sitting area facing the ocean..again the staff that worked there was great..we appreciated what they did..I’d stay there again

So the beach “house” was on the shabby side..it wasn’t for us..small room, no elevator, no in room bathroom, butting up to that obnoxiously loud coastal highway..we just didn’t know all this..I take responsibility for it..but unless you’re a college kid no way would someone older be fine with that

Convenience to the boardwalk & beach, complimentary parking & brach chair, nice cold a/c & nice clean room!

It’s really just a constructive criticism comment: It would probably make all of your guests so happy if you had a Keurig coffee maker in the room. It’s nice to wake up & not have to get dressed to go out & buy coffee somewhere. It’s a little item that would make a big difference!

Pools were nice. Short walk to the beach.

The air conditioner would run for 5 minutes at a time then go off for a minute then come back on and repeat the cycle all night which was hard to sleep through. Mightve been able to change the settings but didn't get up to check. TV also didn't have many channels at all. Also hard to sleep with people slamming their doors all night.

I liked my king suite not being attached to the beach house hotel. The setup inside was great and the kitchen was a plus.

I liked everything about where i was staying but if i had to stay in the beach house i would've probably canceled and booked another room... just from the look of it, the reviews were accurate about the carpet looking pretty bad.

Exactly as described. Staff was very friendly, courteous and were interested in our stay with them.

Only problem I had was that it was on 3rd floor and I didn't realize when I booked. I have a very bad knee and there is no elevator. Needed the exercise and just took it slow.

loved how close it was to the beach and near by restaurants. loved that it had pans and dishes for the kitchen. checking in the woman was so sweet !

i feel as if it could’ve been a tab bit cleaner but nothing to crazy ! just some sweeping in the bathroom perhaps :)
