My friend and I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was very Dog friendly. The ocean view was amazing and having the complementary breakfast was very nice.

Loved how nice and clean this place was. Love that you can bring your fur baby with me. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Free complimentary breakfast was delicious! Staff was wonderful with cleaning but front desk needs more help available for less waiting time to check in or out, or to even purchase a snack is a pain in the behind because you will be waiting most of the time.

Need more help at front desk. Waited like 25 minutes to check out because lady at front desk walked away to take a water order instead of letting people check out of hotel. Also day I checked in the man who was checking me in was talking to the guest ahead of me about everything you can think of instead of trying to get all of the guest checked in, in a timely way. Had 2 other guest waiting with there families patiently as the two guys talked about different bars that were in Ocean City and about different alcohols. The man working had the line all mad at him for not caring about the wait time that he was causing everyone.

The location was great as far as accessing the boardwalk. Also, several good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was pleasant & helpful. We had an oceanfront room with a fantastic view.

While the breakfast served was quite tasty with a good variety, it didn't seem to change much day to day. When you're staying multiple days, some different choices would have been appreciated. Also, I'm not sure how others feel but it's not always easy to get down to the dining area by 9:30am. I little later would have been nice. Also, while we were aware that this hotel does not have a hot tub, it would be a nice addition.

We liked both pools, the pool bar, all staff members, breakfast, cleanliness of our room, the oceanfront balcony of our room, nice shower in the room including awesome water pressure. Beds were comfy.

Parking spots are very tight. Couldn’t turn A/C down enough to get room as cool as we would have liked. Lots of construction noise coming from across road made the outside pool not so relaxing. No hot tub in the pool area or anywhere on site. No complaints about any staff members at all!!!

I got the ocean front room, it was very nice. The bed is comfortable and the room is very spacious. The tv hangs on the wall and is adjustable to either the couch or bed. There’s a mini store in the lobby. The elevators are decently fast with not a long wait time.

Parking was very tight. It felt like I could only drive places and get back 2 hours before checkin to get a spot under the hotel. They had an extra lot, but they should hand out a mini map on its location. Compared to the price tag, the free breakfast kinda sucks. The setup looks amazing. Also, it’s hard to sit outside on your balcony at night. All you smell is pot smoke from below. The outdoor pool was closed, yet next door their outdoor pool is open. At the quality inn. For a week in off season where weather was 70-79 + degrees. Maybe do a seasonal outdoor pool where you would open it on hot days.

Breakfast was decent, simple but sufficient, a few more hot choices might make it excellent. Place was cleaned daily, no shortage or attempts to nickel and dime on things like towels, room temp, blankets or other amenities. Place had an outdoor wash station on each side of building. Simple but last two places I stayed at the beach did not.i feel like this saves more money with cleaning than it costs in water but either way it's nice to have.

Some parking was off site, not by far though, in there defense they seemed to actually have enough parking with more than a couple to spare even though they were fully booked.

Everything from the front desk to the employees was great. Great location.

I was told I could check in earlier, at 12 instead of 5, I paid extra for earlier check in, but when I got the by 12, was told that the room wasn't ready yet, then someone else at the front desk told me the had me in at 1, not what I was told, when you spend a lot of money, at a really nice place, you hope everything would be good when you get there. Besides that, we were very happy with everything els. Ty the property was great,

I loved the location, the pool and even the side rooms with the balcony had a nice view of the beach. The maid service was very nice and accommodating and it was overall clean.

Breakfast was decent and love that it was included however, there is not nearly enough room or seats to accommodate the capacity for a hotel of that size. Very crowded at breakfast and unfortunately understaffed like everywhere else (not necessarily the hotels fault). The staff that was there were working their butts off! The parking is horrific! We scraped the side of our car trying to fit into a spot in your parking lot. I’m not sure how they are even legal.

The hotel was perfect. We stayed on the fifth floor ocean front and I am spoiled by the views. The staff was super friendly the facility’s were not out dated and clean. The beds and linens were comfortable . This location is right on the north end of all the activity on the boardwalk but that was perfect for us. Who wanted it to be a bit quiet but also wants a Tate of the activity’s just a small walk away.

After breakfast is over, there is no food in the hotel anymore. I am not even sure there was room service. Hotel should seriously think about a coffee shop that also sells sandwiches. You can't go out every time you want to eat. There is a snack bar selling candy bars, cold drinks etc. Shops and restaurants come after the 12th st. That's 4 blocks. There is Franco's Pizza and Bar right under the hotel too. Great pizza. Make sure to come down for breakfast no later than 7:30am if you want to avoid long lines.
