Location was excellent! Pool was very clean and well maintained, the gentleman taking care of it was out there numerous times checking it and testing. Very friendly! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and well prepared for our family of 4. We will definitely be staying again!

Really, the only thing needing fixed was a lock on the balcony door, but that wasn't a huge concern being on the 5th floor and no small children.

The location was great because it was right on the boardwalk. The room was very large and had a working microwave and fridge. There were two balconies with excellent views!

Our room never got serviced which was a little frustrating. Some of the towels had some stains, and the sheets had some hairs on them.

We enjoyed the location, off of the boardwalk, as we had an ocean view. The adjoining restaurant/bar was perfect.

Hard to find parking.

We loved the location. We had a 2 queen oceanfront balcony room. It was nice and it was a great value.

location was great. had a beautiful beach view from our balcony. the room was big and the housekeeping was good. nice kitchenette with fridge, cabinets and mircowave. the jacuzzi tub in our room was a nice surprise.

the pool was very small and only 3-4 ft deep with not enough chairs or room for everyone. it was also in the back parking lot, not a great view. you had to walk around the side or through a store in order to get to the boardwalk, no direct access.

Room 606 ocean view. The large spa tub was difficult for my older parents to use. The ONLY down side was not being able to keep the slider open to the ocean because of people on the balcony smoking week. It was horrible.

It is a NO smoking facility and apparently some people do not realize that means drugs as well. Could not communicate with house keeping because they did not speak or understand english.

I absolutely love that the hotel is dog friendly! I booked 2 ocean front rooms for my daughter's birthday for 2 nights. The location is ideal - right on the boardwalk with a lot of activity during the day but not right in the mix of the nightlife. The rooms are very spacious with the wifi being adequate enough for me to even connect on my work laptop to get some work done. The beds were super comfortable.

The rooms are a little outdated. I had 2 rooms with 2 double/queen beds each, a sofa bed in each with a long dresser and a very small table for 2. The closet was large enough, but no doors on it and only 4 hangers. There was a compact refrigerator/freezer and a small coffee maker, but 1 of my rooms didn't have coffee cups or plastic cups. The water pressure in the showers was very low and in 1 of the bathrooms the toilet paper kept falling off the broken holder.

This was our first time staying here and i would absolutely stay again. I stayed with my bf, daughter and 2 dogs. It was super clean. The beds were comfy and 4 pillows to each bed which usually hotels only give 2 to each bed. We had 2 balconys which was a pleasant surprise. The location is amazing. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. 2 flat screen tvs with working cable. Wifi worked great.

The one out of 2 elevators went down, however they did call in an elevator guy right away. Didnt get it up and running before we ended our trip but not a huge deal for us. Pool was on the smaller side and shallow. It went from 3ft to 4ft in the middle then back to 3ft. It was great for my 6yr old daughter but was packed at times.

I liked the location right on the board walk and that they had an elevator to get all the crap upstairs! Really it was the location that made it all worth it!

I liked the location right on the board walk! However we were in room 202 and that is DIRECTLY behind the large as heck candy kitchen sign which blocked some of our view so in the future i will ask for not that room! PLUS the fire alarm going off at 1 am and no one telling ANYONE what that was about was hella annoying and frustrating! I was fine but there were small kids and even a new born outside due to the fire alarm and the hotel didn’t reimburse or do anything about it! Kind of annoying

location, pet friendly, front desk lady didnt catch name but she would typically work the evening shifts was very nice and welcoming, tiles floors made the room so much cleaner and comfortable

when walking our dogs roaches all throught the parking lot, trash being right next to the pool
