The location was good to get around the city but the room was very basic for the price charged. No breakfast was provided not even a continental which after arriving from uk late at night on the following morning would have been much appreciated.

Being in the room next to the gym , although we were not aware of it on arrival , we were awoken every morning by the pounding of guests on the running machine, sometimes for 45plus minutes !!!!!!!!! which we viewed to be right up against our bedroom wall. Not great planning by the hotel and although we mentioned to the receptionist an apology was all that was forthcoming . Surely this isn't the first time its been mentioned ! we aren't light sleepers . Not what we would expect from such a hotel

I liked the location because I walked everywhere. The clean towels everyday and having a bed made up daily. And after a couple of days I felt real good about the people at the front desk. One Young lady helped me a lot when I was trying to book something on my phone and they were all helpful with any needs!! The Maintenance man Ramon was outstanding.

The coffee machine in the room made bad coffee. For what you pay per night the coffee machine should have been quality and with the mini cream. There should have been complimentary coffee downstairs. When I arrived my door key did not work. I was on the sixth floor and went down twice to get another key. The Maintenance man had to come to change the battery, he was great. We got in our after about 40 minutes, at about 7:00 pm and after traveling from Calif. What disappointed me was that the girls at the front desk, they never said, sorry for the inconvenience or maybe let’s try another room. Ramon was fabulous, he got us in and made sure my daughter and I got a free breakfast.

Got a package with breakfast included and it was great. Even asked for it to go on the morning we were leaving and received carryout containers for the buffet - which made for a nice trip home! We were told we were upgraded to a city view but I think it's because they ran out of rooms with 2 doubles and had to give us a king. The room was very small, no mini fridge and a little cramped but overall was clean and nice. The staff were all friendly and the valet parking, though expensive, was great.

Property is clean and in a great location for visiting Boston. Also, there’s a Panera Bakery a half block away where we could get coffee and breakfast since the hotel doesn’t offer complimentary coffee or breakfast. I loved the cold water machine in the lobby for filling our water bottles. The staff was nice.

Our room didn’t have a small fridge for keeping leftovers or cold drinks. And the coffee and breakfast was pricey.

The front desk and restaurant staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! The room was clean and there was a spacious bathroom with multiple shower heads. It was right across the street from the theater we were going to.and the restaurant was within walking distance too. While their valet parking was full we found an affordable garage across the street. The only thing missing was someone asking to help with our bags to go upstairs.otherwise it was a perfectly fantastic stay!

Location was amazing, door personnel were super nice, and the desk manager was really comprehensive and did her best to help us with our invoice-related issues.

We needed separate invoices for work-travel justification, and contacted the hotel several times beforehand to make sure it was feasible and once again when doing the check-in, but during checkout they said it was not possible and took a really long time to fix something we could use. Also, the room was cleaned every other day.

It was right next to the venue we were attending All of the staff we interacted with were awesome! Was always greeted with smiles and had really great conversations. Beautiful hotel and very clean. Felt safe on property.

Small rooms and thin walls. Could hear people in next room clearly. Bed was a bit too soft for me. No microwave and fridge in room but understand due to room size. Not fussing at all. I was not uncomfortable.

The staff were very courteous. The hotel was located near points of interest. They had a free soda water dispenser in the lobby.

There was no safe in the room. There was also no little refrigerator in the room..when the room’s doors closed, they closed with a loud noise, which happen as guess left there rooms. It sounded as if people were slamming shut doors shut. Bam bam bam , bam, .

The property was updated and very clean. They hava a bar in the lobby area and you can also order food, this was nice if you didn’t want to leave the hotel. The hotel was also very close to great bars and restaurants.

I did t like that if you’re a guest at the hotel you have to pay for parking. I understand it’s a busy city but if you’re already paying city prices to stay at the hotel I believe parking should be of be included.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and was very clean. The location was perfect. Close to the Boston commons, Theaters, bars, restaurants, we walked everywhere. Valet was easy and convenient being in the city. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant but I will definitely be staying here again in the future. We were going to an event at TD Garden.

No complaints here. We had an issue with the shade in our room, but when I brought it up to the front desk the problem was resolved quickly.
