Everything was great during our stay. We left our car there when we went on vacation. But when we arrived back to the airport in Boston and called for our free shuttle I got hung up on TWICE by the girl at the office I was not being rude she was extremely rude then it took the shuttle a half hour to get there and he drove right by the first time.

I liked how they had breakfast availability included with the room, a microwave downstairs to use if needed, the shuttle service and definitely the price for everything thats included! A 12pm check out time was great! The shuttle drivers were the best part of the customer service experience
I didn’t like some of the staff. My first interaction with them was over the phone once I landed and had my bags and called for a shuttle and the lady didn’t greet me on the phone or have a nice time of voice. She had an attitude or didn’t give any sort of directives. While trying to checkout there was no one at the front desk and I waited for 15 minutes to try and check out because the one person working was in the back.

I stayed in the Hotel on my own as I was on a business trip. The buffet breakfast is very good with a mixture of hot and cold dishes (I especially liked the bagels). They also have all day coffee available in the breakfast room which saves having to use the machine in the bedroom. I stayed over a holiday period so the hotel was very full, but my room was still well-insulated from noise from other guests. The front desk staff were helpful with any questions. The closest train station is about 20 minutes' walk, or you can take the free shuttle bus to the train station or airport that leaves every 30-60 minutes. The train to downtown takes about 15 minutes and is very frequent, running about every 10 minutes.
The elevator could be painfully slow at busy times, i.e., breakfast times. The heating/cooling system in my room was very loud.

room was very spacious. clean well appointed cheerful. well lit. comfortable with lots of room to put your "stuff" Very friendly staff. waiter at bar was so accommodating for my dietary requests and was very pleasant
we waited a very long time for shuttle to ferry us from car rental where we dropped off car at the airport. It was close to an hour. I was tired, hungry and grumpy . i understand that it was rush hour and one tunnel to the airport was closed / shuttle service on the way back was much better It arrived when it was due to arrive and it was relatively quick. it was also out of rush hour . If i arrive during rush hour again i will take this in mind and perhaps eat before i call for shuttle ambience around hotel was not the best-we faced storage silos and other industrial sites. we had no car and could not easily walk to restaurants etc (but thankfully there was decent food when we arrived on site)

Very large and clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast included in the price. To be a three-star hotel it has many services: in fact there is a gym and a small swimming pool.
It is true that many services are provided, but these are not fully satisfactory. The shuttle, which is essential due to the hotel's remote location from Boston, should in theory run every half hour. This seems to be true in the morning when we have always encountered a low waiting time (on average 15-20 min), while in the evening the waiting time at Wood Island was an hour on average. This is not pleasant due to the low temperatures and the absence of seats. Breakfast is ok, but poorly suited to Italian tastes. There is no possibility to make an espresso or croissants. The pool water is too cold. If these problems were solved, the hotel would be almost perfect.

Staff members were really nice, room was quite isolated, no noise from the corridor or neighbors and only mild noise from the street, room was quite large. free shuttle could be used also to get to the subway station.
bathroom had only the sliding doors, breakfast options had no ingredients listed (not saying what was vegetarian), it felt weird to pay so much for the hotel and still be asked to use plastic plates. not sustainable at all. localization is not great if you do not have a car, way too little shuttle buses in the early morning (people were literally fighting to not miss their planes)

I used the laundry facilities and the dryer was not working, Brittany was so amazing and kindly had hotel staff dry my laundry in their facilities. The small bar/lounge area was a nice little area for when my family had to have lunch or dinner(our room was smaller than usual) for a family of 4
The room could have been bigger for price. The beds said queen size, but I felt it was standard. But it worked for the 2 days we spent there . The parking lot was a mess when we had to move our car in the morning, but I guess as it was spring break, the high volume of guests it was expected.

Exceptionally large and comfortable room for the price. Great proximity to airport. Free shuttle to and from. The legendary Hampton Inn breakfast delicious! Pool, whirlpool, laundry all on site. Wonderfully clean in all areas.
Staff misled me repeatedly. One told me in the evening at check-in when I tried to give her my departure time that all I had to do was come down 10 minutes before I needed it and ask for one. In actuality, it left at scheduled half hours!! Which meant my attempt to book a 7:10 shuttle at 7 meant I missed the 7 one and would have had to wait till 7:30 risking missing my flight. I had to spring for a $20 taxi which could have been easily avoided with accurate info. I asked another staff person an hour or so later for a 5:30 wakeup call. I never received it and gratefully woke up to a 6a backup alarm I forgot I had with me. Finally, my room was charged, later reversed, then it looks like later charged again--so I'll need to do some accounting to track down what that was all about!

The lady who checked us in was so nice and friendly. Reception and breakfast were really good. I would've given a 10 except for the transport van driver.
The transport van driver was so rude. I'm a single female traveling alone. I asked him if he could drop me at the car rental. He told me to walk it was right there. I told him I have this big suitcase and I don't know where I'm going. He rudely threw my bag on board. Came to a screeching halt at the car rental terminal. Which was only about 150 yards as it turned out. And then basically threw me and my stuff off. It ruined my whole morning I was so shook up.

Our room was very spacious and clean with very nice amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion). The breakfast included was also very good and had a nice selection of food items.
The airport was quite for away from the hotel and the communication of where the shuttle was going to pick us up was very very sparse. As tourists who did not have a US number to call them, we ended up asking a random traveller to use their phone to contact the hotel, as we had no other way of communicating with the hotel staff. We were also told that the check-in is until 11pm, however, we were able to check in later. This made us panic as we had a late flight and we thought we could not check-in that late.
