All the staff are very professional everybody was very nice

I know it's hard to keep up with the cockroaches that we seen in the kitchen there was only a few but there was still in there and I didn't say anything but it was very clean the room that was the only thing I didn't like there was a few of them and they didn't really hurt my stay but it was still a little disgusting but I know it's hard to keep under control with the big place like that and they're everywhere anyways I understand that it's just that I wouldn't think that the hotel would have it or have them cleaned out as much as possible...I would try to keep the cockroaches under control more.. but other than that everything was excellent top of the line

The location was great being close to the train station. We liked the size and comfort of our room. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast the swimming pool and the gym.

The crib that we requested did not meet our expectation. I was hoping for an actual crib but they gave us the portable and foldable one which we weren't able to use for our baby because it wasn't comfortable.

Amazing staying, good location because well connected with all the lines to Airport and Boston Back Bay More than that, beautiful apartment, beautiful welcoming, lot of comforts and incredible buffet for breakfast. Thank you.

I would have given 10 stars but we couldn’t sleep at night because of noise, from outside and from other rooms. Walls very thin

The entire hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. It felt very welcoming. There was a Coffee Station and it had several other drink options, not just coffee. I enjoyed the oatmeal at breakfast.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable but that's almost expected. There was only a set of sheets and one very flat pillow provided for it though, no blanket. The suite was smaller than I expected.

The room was nice, as described. We didn't cook but the kitchenette was handy for late snacks and take out food. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. We only used the pool at night, but was very nice. The only problem one of the days were other customers (apparently drunk) who made a mess by the pool, but not the hotel fault at all. Breakfast was very good, and they had gluten free options which were a big plus for my daughter (celiac disease). It was very good for the rest of us, including healthy options like delicious fresh fruit, high quality yogurt and hot dishes. The eating area was spacious, clean and cozy. The (main) lady at breakfast was super efficient and very very nice (what an asset for the hotel); the lady tending the bar was also super nice, and in general the staff was superb. Definitely a place we would go back to.

Parking was not included. We didnt need a shuttle to the airport but I asked in case we go sometime and don't rent a car and was told that there is no shuttle which can be something to consider for other travelers.

Very nice facility, clean and very comfortable. We had 4 adults in the 1 bedroom suite. The staff brought up extra blankets and pillows on request. We got in around 8, and there was a very limited choice of restaurants available within walking distance. We used the free airport shuttle, it worked out very well. A little far from the city, but we would stay here again if we needed to be near the airport for sure.

Location near airport was perfect for catching my red eye flight. Parking and check-in was simple. Kitchen facilities, the layout and high ceilings made room very attractive, comfortable and practical-seemed like a studio apartment. Arrived late and left early, wished I could’ve stayed longer for price/value.

Staff are very nice and honest. I left my stanley cup and it was still there once I got downstairs. I also celebrated my daughter’s birthday, staff were friendly and the maids were amazing!!

The bed was so comfy. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The gym was well equipped.
