Attached to the airport. Was easy to walk there (under cover) and also had shuttles to drive us back to our terminal or to the subway station. Hotel restaurant was pretty good also

Most of the staff were extremely helpful. Special shout out to the friendly staff at the cafe. The location is perfect for same day travel in and out of Boston Logan. The burger bar downstairs has a VERY GOOD burger and local beers on tap.

The hotel accommodations for people with feather allergies are pretty limited. They don't have alternate comforters and have to supply you with a simple blanket. I have extreme feather allergies and the hotel had trouble accommodating me. This is not a common experience for me at hotels, usually they do have some options. I did have a painful allergic reaction the first of two nights we were there... it really seems like they need some alternate bedding on site for people with these allergies.

Very nice hotel that you can walk to from the airport via a covered walkway in approximately 10 mins once you enter the walkway....typically faster than a shuttle. Great coffee bar with grab and go items for early flights. Perfect if you come into Boston, spend the night, and catch a bus the next morning to one of the many outlining areas. Great restaurant for dinner as well. Clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quite for being at the airport. You can't hear the planes at all. It's a little pricey, but the convenience made it worth it for us. Highly recommend.

loved my view stayed on the 10th floor king room over looking the airport. Bed was wonderful. Loved that there was free water and coffee in my room.

the walk from terminal 5 to the front desk of the Hilton was about a 1/2 mile long. After flying in from London staying awake for 24 hours. My body clock saying it was midnight. Finding out British Air had "misplaced" my 2 pieces of luggage (no clean bed clothes or tooth brush) I was pused to the edge with the long walk. All I wanted to do was to take a shower and go to sleep. Paying almost $400.00 to stay 1 night was crazy!!

Great location if you are flying into/from Boston Logan, especially to/from terminal E, it is a 20 minute leisurely walk from hotel to terminal via a dedicated walkway. The hotel is very spacious as it is obviously a conference centre but it retains a nice homely feel as well, the restaurant is a good example, feels like a local place. Great food in there, big portions at a very good price. Our room on the 10th floor was spacious and clean with everything we needed to be comfortable. The views over the city and harbour were awesome. Yes the hotel is looking a little tired but still a good choice if flying from Boston.

Perfect location within the Boston Airport precinct for an early morning flight with Delta - direct walk-way access. The concierge staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Comfortable room with digital AC control. Big TV. Shuttle will pick you up from Rental Car drop off - I waited 20-30mins, but convenient.

VERY busy hotel. Runs 24/7 so its a bit noisey with people coming and going all hours (banging doors and stomping feet). No outside noise from aircraft. Expensive. Driving to the Hotel in a rental car is close to nightmarish - Google Maps is WRONG - read the signs and drive slowly.

I texted for shuttle and Brandon texted me back and gave me easy directions to pick up shuttle. It arrived within 15 minutes. When I arrived at hotel I was checked in right away and went to room. It was neat, clean, and comfortable. Watched Sox game, ordered room service, and got iced latte at coffee shop. Slept well in very comfortable bed. Shuttle was convenient to pick up at hotel to catch bus to Concord.

My room was a long walk from elevator. I'm young and am in shape, but my suitcase weighed a lot and was tired after long delay of flight from Florida.

It is quite conveniently located next to the airport so access is easy. Our arrival gate was not in the terminal that was within easy walking distance to the hotel so the hotel shuttle was our best choice. Room was modern and clean, staff friendly and helpful. We had a good breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. There is also food grab and go near the lobby. Hotel shuttle took me directly to the car rental the morning after our stay.

Cost a bit steep for the one night stay - offset by the convenience of the location after a long day traveling from Europe.

The hotel is basically walking distance to the aiport (there is a walkway), but they have a free shuttle that runs continuously--very helpful. The room was large and clean. There was only one restaurant but the food was excellent. The staff was extremely courteous (especially the bellmen) and helpful. The room was nice, very clean, lots of pillows.

I pretty much liked everything about this place.

Dropped off the hire car at the end of our holiday and waited for courtesy bus, a little complicated as there weren't any instructions about the bus, perhaps a courtesy telephone would be good! The Hotel was beautiful and spacious, welcoming staff, we had a meal and drinks in the bar in the evening very busy and a little chaotic but the meal was nice. The best part we walked over the Airbridge right into the Airport terminal building the next morning - so good that the Hotel is linked to the terminal!!
