Comfortable room, pleasant staff, lots of breakfast selections readily resupplied as needed. Given two bottles of water at check in. Cookies and water available in lobby during day. Close to stores if need to buy something you forgot or to grab a bite to eat. Very accommodating staff.

Room was on the dark side. Needed more lighting. A chair in the room would have been nice. There was plenty of room for one. Only place to sit was hard desk chair or on bed. Should have a sign or be told that housekeeping is only every two days unless requested. I thought it was strange that I could not get a receipt from reception when I left as I reserved the room through booking.com, she couldn't even confirm the total price. These were minor things but easy to change. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Friendly and professional staff! Very clean!

Just a minor glitch, in the gym there is a Peloton bike that has the wrong kind of pedals on it! The reason why is because the type of pedals they have on this bike need professional biking shoes to clip into the pedal and not everybody on vacation or a business trip carries bicycle shoes with them and therefore they need to change out the pedals that have flat pedals that have a strap that you can adjust for the size of your foot. Thank you in advance for getting this fixed!

The overall experience was great. Staff was friendly. The room was nice

It seems it's policy now to hold an extra $100 on your card if you use a debit card. However it seems that in this property the hold it for everyone. It can take up to a week for that to be removed. (I did not use a debit card but it was still put on). The announcement at the front desk said only for debit cards.

Everything from the front desk to the parking lot 😊. One of the best front desk people I have met! All of them. House keeping are amazing as well! Great job in this location with staff Hampton Inn, can't wait for the renovation's so we can see it, maybe this summer break.

We couldn't use the pool... But it wasn't their fault, it's winter.🤷‍♂️

The breakfast was delicious,fresh fruit different meat everyday plenty of choices.The staff was so friendly all of them and the place was very very clean. This place will be my go to when visiting the family in the future.

Not one thing I was very impressed

Breakfast was very good. The service people we met were engaging and friendly. The hotel and our room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The bathroom and shower facility were very functional and clean. Really liked the wall mounted bathing soaps etc. We traveled with another couple who were equally impressed as well.

No unsatisfactory comment could be made about our experience during our stay.

Staff was great and very helpful but I called to see if I would be able to checkin later in the night and I was informed that they had given my room that I reserved to someone else due to over booking. It didn't start off well

The breakfasts were delicious. Shatonah and India checked me in at the front desk - they were awesome and so friendly. They helped change our room from two queens to a king bed which was great! Gave great seafood restaurant recommendations in the area too.

No complaints!

Staff were friendly, rooms were quiet and clean. Bonus we brought our pup and she was comfortable too!

I wish the water pressure in the shower was more substantial. It would also be nice to have washers and dryers available for the guests to use on site.

The location is convenient with Walmart in walking distance. Staff (especially Nick) in front desk is so welcoming to me as first time guest. He also remembers the guests who stayed before, very friendly environment.

The breakfast can be improved a little with offer more meat (sausage or ham)
