The friendliness of the staff

The situation with the bugs was tough for the staff to handle. I believe they were doing everything they could to control the bugs.

Great mid location to go towards the cape, rhode island or Boston. Great size to rooms with everything needed to cook with kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Good breakfast with many options

Ac vent right above bed would be on even if ac was off. Smoke alarm right above bed as well. Bring a face mask if you are sensitive to light at night

We've stayed in many Hotels/Motels over the years and had (much better breakfasts) than we had at your Hotel !! For the price we paid for our room we expected a much nicer breakfast !!! The accomodations were excellent, but the breakfast wasn't at all what we expected !!! 🤔👎

Other than the breakfast being alot less than what we expected everything else and all the employees were excellent ! One more suggestion. With anice hotel right behind you, if their included, is much better than yours , I feel you are going to loose alot of business ! I have worked I (5) hotels & motels as a night auditor !!! I know from experience !!!

The room was gorgeous. It was clean and well kept. I stayed here for the Horseneck half marathon

I was approved of a late check out and upon arrival they said I couldn't have it. When I told them it was already approved and I received an email that it was approved that's when they accommodated it. I was originally told 12 PM for my late check out when 11 AM is normal check out. I said uhh that may be pushing it since I have a half marathon so then the guy said I could check out at 12:30. I understood that it was busy, but if it was pre-approved then I shouldn't have had any issues because it should have been on my account. I felt rushed after my half marathon to get out.

Bed is comfortable and staff are friendly.

Carpet needs deep cleaning and room is small. AC is loud, keeps waking me up during the night.

Aubrie provided an exceptional first impression of the facility as soon as the check-in process began. She was extremely accommodating and gave great restaurant and attraction recommendations. The property was spotless and provided a great continental breakfast, even during the pandemic, which was not the experience that we had at other facilities throughout our 12 day road trip.

The suite was excellent ; roomy , good wifi for the kids ; small but clean and comfortable pool.

We liked our stay so much earlier in the week we booked another night when we returned from a night in Boston. The place is really nice. The staff's customer service skills are exceptional, a special shout out to Aubrey who helped us at check in.

There is nothing to say, everything was outstanding!

Staff were so helpful with local tips, room was comfy and well soundproofed. Bonus: glutenfree bread at breakfast. Parking was easy, and only a short drive from downtown and the Lizzie Borden House (we were visiting to tour it)
