Though I didn't require much attention or service the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable. The bed was great. The location was 5 minutes from where I needed to go.

The one thing I didn't like was trying to get something I left in my room (laptop charger cord) sent to me. Staff told me I needed to send a shipping label and a credit card authorization. Why a shipping label? So redundant! (I had a loaner for only 14 days, otherwise it will cost $100.) Why couldn't I just send a check for $25, or just a credit card authorization so you could do all the shipping from your end? At this point it looks like I will not get the cord in time. It seems like this is too much corporate regulation and not enough personal touch.

The location was perfect ~ quiet yet close to interstate one direction & countryside the other! Minutes drive from historical sites, museums, restaurants, and shops. Our room was very comfortable ~ and staff friendly & accommodating!

We did not like the windows NOT opening so no fresh air. Also our room thermostat did not work; the morning was very cold.

The staff was very dry and helpful and everything was very clean and looked great.

The water pressure in the shower was very low and it was difficult rinsing after shampooing. The bed was also very hard and not comfortable. The lights over the sick were harsh and bright!

I liked the decor. The room was clean and it was a good price. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool table quite a bit. It might be nice if there was one or two more pool tables to accommodate more guests.

We really wanted to go swimming which we did but I have to say the pool wasn't all that clean. It was a touch on the "icky" side. We stayed at the Element last year and the pool was much better there.

Very clean and orderly. Room was beautiful, staff were easy to talk to and answered any questions.

Would’ve liked more options in the store, or maybe vending machines within the building.

The breakfast was good, but they were missing menu items and you have to pay. Enjoyed what they had, but was lacking on menu options due to supply.

The Bed was a mattress on a sheet of wood. When I leaned against the headboard to watch TV the mattress slid down and off the board. Need a better mattress setup.

having a big party. therefore the guests not involved in the party the restaurant staff did not want to help. i was hungry. no local outside shops open. staff stated they were busy. if they were too busy to help me i could have stayed somewhere else.

I’ve stayed here multiple times before Covid and I felt great staying here again. They staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

The only difference since the last time I stayed is that bottles of water and breakfast are no longer included with the room. I wish there was information in the room with info. about what is available, what hours and where things are, ie: ice machine if any.

Convenient to Minuteman NP and deCordova Sculpture Garden.

The ‘bathrooms didn’t have extra towel hooks or rods for the sink and the sliding door was very hard to slide open and close. WXYZ bar was okay but $15.50 for a cocktail is a bit high. Coffee in the room and the breakfast area was really awful. We didn’t buy breakfast on site because it wasn’t what we were looking for. Offers were just cereal, bagels, & sugary yogurt. Nothing exciting.

Good to see Benson again. He & morning desk clerk made us feel welcome. Room was clean & quiet.

Lobby seems a bit cold & uncozy in appearance. A simple free continental breakfast would be nice.
