The place is truly a gem, or could be. I’ll get to that later. The whole place looks great inside and out, The staff is awesome and kind. They were decorating for Christmas. The location of the hotel is in the middle of everything you’d ever need! Grocery store? Got two of em near by. Fast food? Everything you’d expect to see is seen. Restaurant? It’s surrounded by 4 star and 3 star places along with a few other chain type places. Mall? Just down the road! Book store? It’s huge and around the corner too!

The place is very nice, but the elevator scares me. It grinds when the door closes. The mini store they provide is almost barren with only a few cereals and mt dews. I was pretty let down especially since it’s Massachusetts and everything closes at 9pm. They did provide a full on coffee maker and coffee, but they were out the whole time I was there minus what was in the room when I arrived. I had a Keurig in my car (I travel a lot) so wasn’t a huge deal. The location of the hotel is on top of a hill, which means you either have to drive (which isn’t fun in Massachusetts) or walk down said hill.. and then walk back up said hill.. not a huge fan of that whole thing, but I’d totally stay here again. For the price, you probably won’t find a better hotel in the area.

Convenient location close to Wegmans & several good restaurants. Also about a one mile drive to Lahey medical center. We were staying there for a week while my son had surgery. We liked that the suites have a functional kitchen with full fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, dishes and dishwasher.

Few minor issues A high pitched annoying noise that we heard on and off throughout the day. Thankfully did not hear it during sleeping hours. Think the place could use some TLC in common areas like hallway carpeting etc. Last for me personally the hotel is too fragrant . I’m sensitive to smells so it may not bother people who are not

check in went well. Desk agent alerted me that they were in the process of changing door locks, but since I left early on Sunday morning, it did not affect me.

The air conditioning was somewhat chilly. But I did not see any blankets in the room or closet. Sonesta apparently has a temporary residential facility on this site. This located as you first drive in and I wen to the entrance thinking this was Sonesta Simply Suites - the motel. The signage needs to be improved, so confused people like me don't embarrass themselves by going to wrong building I did.

The room we booked was unavailable when we arrived, it was inconvenient but Tonya at the front desk was very apologetic, professional and friendly even as we were showing our displeasure. Tonya went above and beyond to get us acceptable accommodations, she quickly discussed options and offered extras to appease us. The room was clean and the hotel is in a perfect location, central to the many attractions in that area of MA. Salem, Boston, Lexington and Concord are all within about 30 minutes. Again we thank Tonya for working through the unexpected difficulties and making our stay very enjoyable.

Convenient location close to stores and restaurants. Close to Lahey Hospital. Love the suites have all the kitchen essentials needed to prep meals here etc.

Heavily scented rooms. Rooms had a very fragrant smell., i’m not sure if it’s cleaning product or air freshener, but it was too strong for me.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room size good, bathroom had plenty of shelf space

1. Sofa bed: comfortable seating, but quite uncomfortable as bed. Thin mattress without support. Fitted sheet was for a much thicker mattress. 2. Furniture: The large oval table (VERY heavy) blocked opening the sofa bed, and was difficult to remove and hard to find a place to move it to. Also: dining table had unrepaired previous damage (burn? gouge?)

Having easy access to a simple well equipped Kitchenette enabled us to have the specialist breakfast we need to have. . Access to Coffee 24/7 from the "store" was a bonus. The bathroom was spacious, clean and a pleasure to use. Within walking distance of Burlington Mall and the surrounding restaurants was a plus.

The elevator was slow and temperamental, but then I remember it was that way 15 years ago when I first stayed here. All in all I guess it is probably in better condition than I am all those years later.

The one bedroom suite has a small sitting area and a kitchen for preparing meals. It is comfortable and a good place to feel at home away from home. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Though I reserved a one bedroom suite a month ahead of time, and called the day of our late arrival to make sure it was available for our late arrival, the suite was not available until the following day. Staff was helpful in resolving this. The hall carpets are worn out and stained.

Conveniently located apartments, pet friendly near Burlington town center. This offers comfortable stay with full set kitchen, work facilities and comfortable beds. Just a few mins walk to the superstore, provides convinience at hand for short term travelers like us. There are also few highly rated restaurants and coffee shops around making this place a perfect stay for work or leisure.

Payment system at the front desk is very uncertain. They often do not work with international cards and leads to delay in the check in process. Not all staff is well trained and was unable to extend my stay and had to wait for seniors to come in.

I tried a bunch of other budget hotels in the area (work trips), and this the only one I returned to more than once. Warm, responsive and helpful staff. clean, spacious & comfy room Pet friendly hotel Nice location, nearby a lively pleasant commercial center Can work from room (satisfactory desk,chair,wifi,outlets)

-Mattress was too soft for me -it was hard for me to operate the A/C -5$ night parking fee -hallway doesn't feel "hotelly"
