I love staying at The Westin Waltham. for such a large place I feel safe, comfortable and “at home.”

I was very disappointed that the normal Westin shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body wash were not available. I also did not have a robe in my room. none of these are big things, but they are some of the amenities I’ve grown to love. also to ask for housekeeping everyday is a bit annoying. I also had to request creamers for the coffee that was provided. again, not big things, but a noticeable difference from my normal accommodations when I stay at the Westin.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was way more elegant than I expected from the pictures online. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The valet parking guy had a great sense of humor and I was very pleased with the parking services as my truck did not fit in the underground parking. The breakfast was the best compliment breakfast I have had as it was restaurant ordered and freshly made. I will definitely use this hotel again in the future when I come to Boston!!

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.

I like when hotels give the option of room cleaning services without having to wash sheets and towels. This is better for the environment. Also was charged $15 for parking each day plus $22 to get out of the garage.

There was a beatle or bug on my sheets. Had wings so not bed bug. I crushed it and left for housekeeping. No restaurants open after 10:00. $15 for parking seemed crazy for Waltham

Very clean spacious rooms, very conveniently located. Many great restaurants in the walkable area. Free parking for guests right next to the entrance. Very nice and accomodating staff. Could have been fantastic but...see the negative point below.

Breakfast bread must have been the cheapest they could find. Mostly hot breakfast options, very little choice otherwise: no yoghurt, cereal, pastries, fruits (apart from very bland and hard melon pieces). Very disappointing given the price to pay for it. Breakfast buffet also ~20% more expensive than advertised on booking.com website. Much better options in the area for breakfast.

Everything was great just that we found to bugs in our bed but was to tired to call front desk to even wait for another room. And the staff just needs to be more careful walking from the bathroom and to step on a needle and showed the front desk.

It was a little closer to fendway and price was resemble.

Parking, I wish it was included with the hotel not that it was bad but should be included with the hotel.

Dont have any room service. i had to go to lobby every time I needed water/anything. They talk about a robot delivery system, which didn’t do any delivery for me for some reason.

The buffet breakfast was nice and I really enjoyed dinner at the restaurant..relaxing atmosphere and great service.

I was a little surprised to pay for parking.

Beds were extremely comfortable

I was not happy to have to pay for parking in addition to the hotel cost! I have stayed at 2 other locations nearby that have free parking
