Room was extremely clean and stocked with the essential items. Kitchenette was spotless. Only staff we saw were the ones at the front desk and they did there job but weren't very friendly. I really liked the hotel itself though. Everything clean and sanitary.

Would have received an excellent rating but the first night the carbon monoxide sensor started beeping in the middle of the night and had to get front desk help and they were like oh it happens all the time. Also the second night whomever was upstairs continued throughout the WHOLE night jumping off the bed - moving furniture, it just didn't stop. Never got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was empty of any hot options 5 minutes after breakfast opened and waited for over 20 minutes and nothing else was replenished and we had to leave to go to a college graduation. Had to stop to get something to eat and that was one of the reasons we were atracted at this sight was we would be guaranteed to be able to eat in the morning but it didn't work that way.

Room was very nice and complete with everything we needed for our stay. bed was very comfortable. The kids loved the breakfast, there were plent of options! The pool was just right we had it to ourselves for a nice while.

There wasn't room for trash there was only a small trash in the kitchen. We accumulated alot for the length of the stay.

Fantastic that it has a kitchen and counter seating. Very nice staff (but not well informed). E-car charging included! (but only one charger worked). Good sized room and good decor, good bathroom (except shower pressure). Good AC. Breakfast not bad, but very simple. Could have had a Cappuccino machine and maybe some fresh fruit & grainy bread, not just high calorie muffins, quiches and scones (should be a bit healthier).

Plumbing not insulated so every time someone takes a shower above, you hear the water draining and gurgling, no matter what time. Dishwasher broken and staff was unaware until called, not fixed during the stay. Dishes in the cupboard were visibly dirty (presumably not checked by staff during cleaning).

Everything about the hotel was great. My man and I loved everything only thing is the fire pit wasn’t available for our stay.

Everything about the property was great but when my man found our blanket with dried blood on it after checking in the person at the front desk wasn’t trying to give us a new blanket until I showed pictures.

Room was good size, kitchenette was there which helped.

All things were good. We are Indians, so the options in the complementary breakfast did not suit our taste, but the breakfast was good according to American taste, I guess.

Front desk staff very accommodating and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are very nice, clean, and modern.

Not walking distance to anything. Rooms on the highway side are noisy. We asked to be moved to the other side of the hotel, and fortunately they had one room left and accommodated us. It was very quiet.

The staff was very professional, attentive and responsive to any issue we had. We loved the room and the full size kitchen facilities! A full size refrigerator, garbage disposal, cooking surface, dishwasher. The bathroom shower was amazing and spotless! They are very eco friendly providing body wash, shampoo and conditioner in reusable bottles in the shower. Bed was comfortable, desk was wonderful with all the USB ports one could ask for.

The television failed to work properly the entire time we were there. We asked about it, but apparently there was nothing they could do except wait for the repairman. I feel that since it was much like a small apartment, there should have been waste baskets that were bigger. They were very small and tended to overflow.

Everything was great especially servicing my dogs that are ESA. They loved it there I would love to stay again for my self mom as we have a a rough time I need a night to my self at yall pool thanks again lol

The site said free parking, and it cost $28 to park daily

Staff was exceptional.... so friendly and helpful! The accommodations were exactly what I needed for my 3 day stay. My room was very clean and comfy.

Traffic from the interstate was quite noisy. The location was not the best and most food places I contacted would not deliver there. This was a pain since their in house bar and grill was closed down and their listed in house "convenience store" was a joke.
