The room and bed were very comfortable which I would describe as “upscale rustic”. The landscaping and outdoor facilities were all lovely and charming. Breakfast was very good and plentiful which included a varied selection of breads, fruit, lox, eggs, yogurt and early morning availability of coffee! Staff were friendly and helpful! THE PORCHES is within easy walking distance of Mass Coca and a relatively short drive from Williamstown and the Clark.

Love that you have a heated pool and outdoor hot tub. It was 40 degrees outside, but we took full advantage of both, plus the sauna! Location is great, walkable to Mass MOCA and downtown. Breakfast was also great.

I missed the mascot cat that was a hotel kitty! Please rescue another cat from a shelter, to greet clients! You can close doors to dining area, to be in compliance with board of health! After all, you are a pet friendly hotel!

Great history and architecture - restored former mill worker rentals; location in N Adams - right next to MassMoca and quick drive to mt greylock; breakfast included lox spread and hot eggs, fingerling potatoes and sausage; pool and spa looked nice and property also had a concert hall; beds were super comfy

A bit pricey for western MA but it was Williams homecoming weekend so maybe just bad timing

We had a suite. Very nice rooms, beautiful bath, very clean and comfortable. Great pool and hotub . The hotel also has a recording studio/theater on the property where we heard great music at the open mic Tuesday evening. Breakfast was very good and we ate on the outside terrace cafe.

Breakfast was better than the typical "continental" style breakfast. The breakfast room was lovely and sunny. Room decor was outstanding and original.

Honestly, the coffee was not good. I think the water in the area is just odd tasting and that impacted the coffee. We both thought the coffee was undrinkable. We ended up getting coffee at Tunnel City at MassMoCA and it was excellent.

The inn preserves the historic feel of the working class site that it once was while incorporating modern conveniences. The location is perfect for touring the area, especially MassMoca directly across the street. The inn includes a substantial breakfast with the stay. Literal porches encourage relaxing outside to enjoy breakfast and a beverage.

Nice location and amenities. Room was a bit small, but well appointed and comfortable. We really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub.

Nothing. We'll certainly go back there the next time visiting the Berkshires.

A must when visiting the MassMoca on the other side of the road. Lovely room full of local antique and curiosities, very cosy room with all facilities. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of Vermont cheeses too! The swimming pool looked very inviting and it's heated. Short path to a gazebo above the Porches was lovely in the Fall!

The property and staff were amazing. We (2 sisters) had a great weekend. We didn't use the pool, but could see people there having a great time.

I was initially shocked with the location. We came for Mass Moca and logistically was perfect. However, be aware that the town is an old industrial town with run down appearance. That was my ignorance. The people were wonderful.

Very nice place which is well kept. Love the dog-loving policies, it's what brought us to your inn. The weekend breakfast was very nice and the weekday was adequate.

Can't think of anything except the bars of hand soap in the bathroom. They smell like old lady perfume from the 80's or 90's.
