Rooms were very nice and clean. The Bathroom had adequate amount of towels and everything was spotless. The shower had great pressure and temperature was perfect. Every employee I encountered was very professional and exceptional. There was even an employee scrubbing the landing lip on the elevators to make sure every inch of that place looked great.

The walls in the bathrooms are very thin. I could hear the person next door and the person above me use bathroom when I was in my bathroom. The TV situation might be the worst I've ever experienced. When using the TV guide to see what on each channel took a good 15-20 seconds to scroll down one channel while in the TV guide screen. It took almost 10 minutes to see what was on the 45 channels they had. This was EXTREMELY frustrating.

Brand new hotel, rooms well appointed, large walkin shower which suits the able bodied as well as those with disabilities, refrig and small wet bar, large TV, charging stations on nightstands. Firepit and nice outdoor sitting area, workout room well appointed. Starbucks next door is a plus and Dunks accross the street.

When we arrived were told the small indoor pool was being repaired and for half our stay we couldn't swim. Pool is very small so 2 families with kids is pretty much all it can handle. Signs say shower before entering but no pool shower avaiable especially to rinse off after. There was hot breakfast, make your own waffles, prepackaged omelets and sausage biscuits which are similar to vending machine food, coffee was good. I would recommend adding free coffee all day, goodie bags for reward club members. Rooms were well appointed but very small, there was a desk chair but the only other seating was an uncomfortable side chair. Would recommend changing that out since there was no couch.

The room, pool, gym was Great...

We were not impressed with the breakfast buffet at all. I was charged tax for five people for the breakfast buffet and it was not the breakfast buffet as displayed on the website. As we went to make a waffle the lady stated she'll be right with more and she never came back another lady came out and took the equipment down and we were very disappointed. Also you need to have a freezer inside the little refrigerators in the rooms.

There was a minor problem with a pipe breaking and water spilling into the first floor. Water had to be shut down in the whole hotel so my family and I went out and came back when all was restored. The staff couldn't be more gracious and offering there apologies. The pool was terrific, my grand kids loved it The complimentary breakfast was great, good assortment of foods.Person at the front desk was exceptional, I believe Martha Horne And I believe Ms Kerie Gendreau the GM came around and asked how things were. I may have the names reversed. Will definitely come back

Pretty much everything. The tv was nice, the bed was comfy, and the room was spacious enough for 2 people just fine.

There's not much to say about not liking it. Im a simple person so I didn't really find anything wrong with the stay. The only complaint was about late check out. They don't allow any check out past check in time otherwise you pay for another night. They don't have a late check out fee which would've been nice at the time.

Breakfast was AWESOME...Michele-front desk..kerrie-manager was friendly and helpful.....Donna and Angelica were wonderful with breakfast..... The rooms are so quiet.....I will be back...Thanks .

Have housekeeping wipe down all the stains on wall papered wall in bathrooms...it was dirty so I used a hot, soapy face cloth and wiped it down.....

property was so clean and so nice! Front desk workers both at check in and check out we’re super nice. In passing on the way out we saw a room service lady who was kind to both of my kids and had a smile on her face. I give this location a 10/10!

The pool being open until 11 is great! However , it brought in a little rowdiness from much older kids than mine and I felt like it became a free for all. But we did stay school vacation week so maybe it was just because of that!

Breakfast was good: plenty of options, seating was plentiful. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Easy to find the hotel off the roadway. Property has a pool.

Had to ask for bottled water in the Breakfast area, it seemed like they didn't want to put our more than 1 or 2 bottles for guests and it was kind of hidden under other items. Also, would have liked to have another juice option. Bed did not look freshly made on Day 1 and not all garbage cans were cleaned out. Situation was corrected once we reported it to the front desk. No outdoor pool and small indoor pool.

Despite there being a pandemic, my wife and I were not worried about the inn being clean/sanitary. It was immaculate, comfortable and it was a wonderful weekend escape.

Truly not the inn's fault, but because of the pandemic, the breakfast was not available. But there are a plethora of establishments within 10 minutes from the site at which to fulfill that need.

The room was great. The shower is amazing. Beds very comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Breakfast in a bag that can’t even be heated up? The last time we stayed the food was prepared by a chef(I assume). Scrambled eggs,bacon,sausage,bagels,toast. The breakfast was one of the reasons we booked our stay.
