Nice clean bedding. Friendly environment. Abundant breakfast choices, one of the best we've experienced in fact, especially for the location. The new carpet was a beautiful surprise. We've stayed at this hotel many times before and are very pleased with the updates, they were very much needed!

We've stayed at this location 3 or 4 times. They've always allowed us to invite our family to swim. But this time they didn't allow visitors to use pool? Apparently this is the new policy? This was really disappointing news. We travel 6hrs to see our family and always utilize the hotels pool as a meet up spot. Unfortunately this isn't a compromise. And we will no longer be able to book this hotel. Also noticed the price went up $75-$100 from our previous stays, mind you we've always booked the same room every stay. Room 202 The King Whirlpool suite.

We stayed In room 110 ... Everyone was so kind and helpful and very smiley!!! Breakfast was amazing we thought it was open until 10 but it was 9 but the man behind the desk let us and an older gentleman still get breakfast..thank you!! We are there May 1 and 2..I would recommend this place!!

I wouldn't necessarily say dint like...but online it showed a hot tub and was seriously looking forward to the good soak so was disappointed... !! But still clean room and friendly service and clean breakfast area can't beat for the price!!

Very clean and comfortable. The people above us were very loud .while trying to sleep. But I don't blame the hotel staff. They finally settle down. So I went to sleep.

My only complaint. I have stayed there a hand ful of times. And I have never paid over a 100 be fore. But I ended up paying 124 but it was also memorial weekend. A bit high. But was the cheapest in the area. So I'm not complaining to much. Just thought it was a bit high.

did not eat there, the hotel is located a bit back from the road and is not clearly visible. But once you find it all is good. But the placement on the property is not anyones fault or fixable.

It's a good value and the location is very convenient.

I would have liked more access to coffee. Because of Covid my flight was a half day late. They charged me a full day and changed my weeks rate even though I was there 6 days.

Was close to Ferris State University Homecoming.

It was noisy in mornings due to the staff cleaning. The only lady tried to charge be extra because I put half of the payment on my credit card. I told her if I'm charged extra then give all my money back and I can take my business elsewhere.

Very quiet, especially being over a holiday. Staff was very friendly. Right next to a restaurant and close to shopping.

Good value for the money. Clean, large room, comfortable bed, easy to get in and out of the room.

My coffee maker did not work

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The morning coffee was wonderful.

I was satisfied with what I got for the price I payed. Some of the towels were threadbare in spots.

There a couple of long spots in the parking lot that are good for parking a truck with a trailer. Worked well for me, but I wouldn't count on them always being available.
