The hot breakfast was great. The hotel was quiet for a good nights sleep. The staff was great giving us directions to the concert we came to see in Okemos as it turned out we could not have been in a better location.

We weren’t there long enough to enjoy all the facilities not the hotel fault it was a quick trip.

They have coffee available all day, or soda in a vending machine. Walk to Bob Evans, Burger King, Taco Bell, Walgreens, Meijer, Subway, and at least 2 gas stations. It was nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room, along with coffee maker. Lots of hot water!

COVID has definitely cut the breakfast selection down. Grab and go only. There were beer bottles and drink cups thrown in the rocks when we arrived on sunday, and were not picked up until Thursday. The trash cans in the breakfast area didn't get emptied for at least 4 days. I only saw staff at the front desk when I rang the bell or someone else did. The 1st room I was put Into had a broken fridge, so they moved me into a better room ( in my opinion) but it smelled strongly of cigarettes so I kept the window open and bathroom fan running.

The room was small but cozy. It has a microwave and a small refrigerator which is a big plus for my stay. I was only there for one night but it made it more convenient. The location is also very close to my destination - only 6.4 miles away. My room was conveniently located near the stairs and I thought it would be noisy but it wasn't :)

There was a thumping noise that came on every 15 minutes that made it very hard for me to fall asleep soundly. It seemed like I was almost asleep and bam there was that noise again. I tried to ignore it and I did sleep but not soundly. I was in room 227.

The room needed updating carpet had tares in it Tv was not working right had to get employees to fix and tv it self was old

Bed was decently comfortable. I liked that there was a sticker on the mirror telling you to turn the AC to cooler for a good nights sleep - made me think the hotel was looking out for my comfort instead of squeezing every penny. Room was small but adequate and it was nice to pay less than $100 a night these days.

Breakfast ended too early so we never got to try it. Coffee in the lobby would have really helped. Air conditioner had a weird intermittent rattle that woke me up.

Booked a room for a couple of nights due to construction on our house. It was great to have a hot shower and working bathroom for a couple days...LOL. It was a nice place to stay for the reason we were there.

Side door latch was broken. You couldn't exit the property through the door. I'm sure that is some sort of fire regulation violation

The room was very comfortable, and the highlight was the breakfast. I'm glad to find a hotel that offers a decent variety of hot and cold breakfast foods.
