Good location and nice hotel. The staff were friendly. We had an upgraded room with hot tub which was very nice.

The booking.com reservation system was not very good. I made my first reservation then cancelled (easier than trying to modify my original) from 3 nights to 2 nights. However, then my itenerary was entirely cancelled. I tried to call the hotel directly to confirm I had the new reservation, but it was nearly impossible to find the actual hotel number (online searches kept linking to booking.com). The continental breakfast was basically premade toaster pancakes, old dry peanut butter, and bagels with NO hot food. Holiday Inn does a much better job with breakfast and I expected more for an "upscale hotel" such as this one.

Clean with comfortable bed and pillows. They restocked the breakfast choices even though it was close to 10. I liked the building itself. Charming feel to it.

When we called to ask for availability. The male working said he had one room. “ Take it or leave it” he said. Rude . It was very quiet and the parking lot was not full. I’m not sure there was only one room left ( booking.com showed availability)

The king suite was big and the coach and chair were comfortable.

A pet peeve is the quality of the glassware in a hotel room. Cheap styrofoam and cheap small plastic. Especially in a suite, put a couple of real glasses - and I know it is an industry thing to save costs but still aggravates me. And the continental breakfast and breakfast room were pretty weak so go in with low Expectations

A very nice facility. Clean, fairly modern, very handy location.

Breakfast was adequate. A hot waffle maker would be much better than toaster "waffles" but of course would require more cleanup and preparation. Outside noise: I didn't hear any but other guests (friends of mine) complained of noise outside and also very loud people upstairs.

The breakfast was ok. I wish they would had more choice to pick from, more warmer items. Room was ok bed could of been a little softer for me, and bathtub didn't drain the best. Also the one head bored closes to the bathroom was falling off the wall. Other then those few thinks are stay was very nice.

I didn't get to have breakfast. I went down there about 6:20 and the doors were locked. I had to leave for the rest of my journey, so I never got to enjoy breakfast before I left. The room is so wonderful, the jacuzzi was great!

The fireplace in my room (209) did NOT work at all. I tried the timer (I saw the note by the television) but NOTHING turned that fireplace on :( And as I mentioned above, I didn't get any breakfast or coffee in the morning :(

It was good value for the money. It's old but clean. I don't understand why people rate it 0 out of 5 stars based on what expecting Scotch they are paying for Busch Light. Will stay there again. Being an older hotel, the rooms are pretty soundproof compared to the new places.

Friendly, clean. Kids loved the pool.

Breakfast wasn't great. No one was restocking the stuff so it was very limited. Lots of things were gone, cream cheese, eggs, milk, juices, so we had to eat dry cereal. No one around that we could find to refill stuff on either morning we ate. Breakfast is from 7 -10, we ate at around 8-8:30, do wasn't even towards the end.

They had a wash cloth that was black made for makeup to prevent staining on the other towels. It was clean and overall a very solid room.

There weren’t many good pug-ins in the room so you’d need a long cord. Also the breakfast didn’t have that many gluten free options.

Everything was great! We utilized the pool, which is always fun. The breakfast area was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was very warm and inviting. With the fireplace blazing, it looked like something out of a Hallmark movie! 😊
