The hotel was so nice! We had daily room service. A bathroom that was roomy. They had a coin operated laundry machine which was nice. The breakfast was fantastic for a hotel and kept neat and tidy.

The toilet was a little low for those of us that have had knee surgeries. I also enjoy a harder bed but I am sure it is okay for most people. The other thing I didn't see was the tables getting cleaned between guests or at least every half hour. But with that being said they did an awesome job and I would highly recommend staying there!

Unfortunately we asked for housekeeping to provide us wirh fresh towels and maybe to vacuum an take the garbage out. We did receive fresh towels wirh a cute note however room was left the same. That was the only drawback

The salt water pool is wonderful, warm and clean and fresh, no pool chemical smell when you arrive at the hotel. I felt like my rooms had been prepared just for our arrival. They were adjoining so great for us and other guests as we weren't back and forth with heavy closing doors, across from the pool, better than I expected. The breakfast area was clean and spacious, with a great selection of warm and cold options, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and much more. Beds and pillows were great, bathrooms were clean and it felt like the staff took pride in their jobs. The property is well cared for, there is shopping nearby, restaurants from fast food to fit for celebration and shops to explore. We'll be back!

Love the little town of Hastings, MI! We were there for my daughter's regionals gymnastics competition and did not want to stay in the city, so I chose to stay in Hastings, and am SO glad we did. This Holiday Inn was very clean, quiet, the room was big, and had a ton of options for breakfast. The kids loved the pool, and the deck was as clean as could be expected. We slept great, I really dont have any complaints. The staff even wished my daughter good luck on our way out.

Best hotel we stayed during our 3 weeks roadtrip. Very friendly lady at check-inn. Rooms are really clean, breakfast was nice with good selection. They have a pancake machine. Bathing products are from Dove. In the middle of town, near restaurants and Walmart. Nice area to drive throught with nature and farms. We did a great tubing tour in Hastings, highly recommend.

The bed was beyond wonderful. I like the shower head. After a 12 hour car ride it was just what my back needed. The location was good. I liked that there was places to eat within walking distance. The front desk was so nice and solved a little problem with a wonderful smile. Everyone was extra nice.

We had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn Express in Hastings, MI. The facility is new, clean, staffed with a friendly, personal helpful staff and the Buffet breakfast was perfect. The hot food items were served by a staff member & some of the other items were self serve. Our room was perfect. It was originally a King room but was changed when I arrived at the facility. I was actually called the night before to make sure I was still planning to come because the facility was full. I plan to stay at this location again next year when I’m in town!

There isn’t anything I can say that I didn’t like!

Clean, quiet, comfortable room and bed. The breakfast is always great. We stay here often and it is always a great experience.
