That the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated one of the desk lady's helping me haul my stroller up stairs when I first checked in. And also that she got me into another room fairly quickly when my original room wasn't cleaned.

That the elevator didn't work and I was on the 4th floor and had a 4yr old with me. The toilet is slow when you flush and the sink drains slow.

Was here a couple weeks ago really seen unorganized was back in town gave it one more shot the guy up front look professional active professional explain to me that they were going through changes like I said I was here too weeks ago seem to be a lot better atmosphere this time around employees seem happy breakfast was good

Money needs to be spent on linens, bed & bath. More effort in cleaning. I checked in and immediately cleaned the bathroom.

The room was awesome! They had to upgrade me to a business suite because no regular queen rooms were clean or avaliable!

The elevator was broke and I was on the 4th floor 😑🫤! And the other outer door key readers didn't work so I had to walk all the way to the main entrance every time!

The staff was friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and clean. The chair in there was really helpful on my back. The shower was amazing, and they actually had stuff in there to wash up with, and towels.

the employees were very helpful and super friendly. The manager was very accomodating. The room was clean. Close to highway, proximity of where I was going worked well.

i enjoyed the setup of the rooms the beds ere very comfertable and the linin was clean. The breakfast was well prpared on on time.i had a very good stay here and mypartners enjoyed themselve as well.
