Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. Bed was comfy. Room was big. Location was great. Check in and check out were easy.

Shower drained too slowly. Exhaust fan and 1 light in bathroom didn't work. (Left a note so housekeeping could check it out) Pool was small and cloudy. Breakfast attendant was asked by a few guests to refill the juice dispenser and she said she would but there was no juice both days.

Staff was great, room was clean, comfortable and bed was so comfortable. I like that the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in the pumps. This is such a saver in plastic bottle for the eco system. Plus cuts down on the counter clutter. Breakfast was very nice, hot food was hot and delicious, a variety of choices and great coffee. Hotel looks new and modern.

Nice variety of breakfast foods in a pleasant area of the hotel. Everything in the area was clean and organized. Maybe because of the July 4 weekend, some items were not available: milk, yogurt, fruit. One morning the the attendant was absent, so everything was very late, and we were in a time crunch.

The air conditioning in our room was not comfortable. Even when room unit was set on 70, the hall was much more comfortable.

Stayed at this location because of rather new hotel. In past experiences at older hotels too many problems.

From the time we arrived at front desk it seemed like an extremely long wait checking in considering a couple people in front of us and only one attendant working the desk at close to 3:00 p.m.

Facility was clean and staff was friendly.

Pool party with many kids, running up and down the hallways yelling. Many of whom were not even guests at the hotel. Couldn't use the pool as it was overrun with kids.

The manager did a great job getting us rooms after Booking Messed it up.

Booking.com listed a 2 bedroom suite (not a 2 bed Room), which I booked for 3 adults. I arrived and the Hotel is not equipped with 2 Bedroom Suites. I spent over an hour trying to get this settled with Booking.com, in the end Booking agreed to reimbuse me for the additional room, if I sent them the proof of expense after my trip. I did so, and now there seems to be an issue getting reimbursed. I can not trust Booking.com any longer.

The worker at the front desk was just fabulous. many people were interrupting- she was professional, managed multiple things at one time, had great eye contact with guests. She really was a great asset to your company- she should trainother staff on the front desk

It was convenient and easy to find out. It was clean and the breakfast was good and nice variety of food/drinks.

it was close to the hospital and easy to find. I was able to quickly book online and checking was easy. the associate at the checkin/checkout counter were both very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were really nice, lots of space which would have come in handy if we were staying longer. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choices. The pool was small, but just fine for our kids (10, 14)

There was a lot of hallway noise, but there were also a lot of kids in the hotel the weekend we stayed.

Facility was decent for what we needed. Pretty clean.

The staff didn’t seem happy to be working there. I didn’t see anyone smiling. Pretty much got blank stares whenever you’d ask for anything from staff. Pool was not usable, water was murky. Gym was just ok, a couple of machines. Walls and even floors were very thin, you could hear people walking on the floor above us.
