There kindness, and sincerity. Great owners.

The kid in the front office, that was working, wasn't caring to hear what I was trying to ask him, he just was gonna call the cops, if I wasn't out in 15 mins.and wouldn't rent to me again, when he said that the room Was reserved for me, I just stayed in the room for the night, I had to work go into work, and asked for some extra time to check out, a was suppost to be reserved for me. He didnt want to even keep my reservation, so , the job I just got amonth before, almost fired me, cuz , the kid was gonna call the cops if I wasn't our when he wanted to go home. I'm homeless, and was going to start renting here more, and more days, with my pay check. But, that just makes me want to not ever come back.

The rooms might not b updated but it’s clean to my expectations I’m a clean person an I’m very picker an also a neat freak it’s a nice an quiet place to relax order take out with no problems great job!!.

How some customers are very rude and disrespectful made me at one point not wanting to come back accusing me of stealing my own vehicle, and saying I was disturbing the piece because of my alarm on my car cap sounding off.

Very reasonable close to where we needed to be for both concerts staff was friendly and helpful especially when needing to move from the second floor because of the other individual couldn't do the stairs they are accommodating when he has to move once again as the room was not as nice as the first they had no problems with moving us once again

It's that I thought the staff was great. If you got good attitude with them, they gotta go to attitude with you. You're coming there being B word. You get what you give, you Can't be rude and expect them to be nice to you. It don't work that way.

The rude lady in front of me. That stood like she had a stick in her butt. She was being Khaki

My room was clean and comfortable. There was a minor problem with my reservation which was corrected without a problem by a very helpful and friendly clerk

The property is older, and the bathroom, while clean, is in need of renovation or repair.

I was told something about I could get a free weekend two nights

I got a feeling you’re not gonna stand behind your word

The manager Amy was very helpful and courteous. She seemed to be concerned about the customers.

I enjoyed my stay.

Everything was great. Staff. Room and expectations.

The management was extremely nice, house keeping was ok I extended my stay and I didn't get and clean sheets or bathroom towel or toilet paper soaps ECT I had to go get them from the desk and they didn't have any clean bedding. But most of all I enjoy the stay
