Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast every morning was a good assortment and the attendant kept everything stocked. Indoor pool was a bit chilly but still much warmer than outside. Room had a huge soaking tub that was a fantastic bonus.

Housekeeping stopped cleaning the room after the second day, even after placing the "make up room" placard on the door. I'll assume it was due to staffing issues or because of the holiday weekend. I enquired at the front desk and they gave me fresh towel but had no toiletries to offer. I ended up going to the store to buy toiletries and had to take out the garbage myself.

It was located, where I needed it to be located. The price was good. The staff was excellent. The room was fine.

Breakfast during the week, could be extended from 9 to 10 AM, like the weekends. I have two bad legs. I had to be careful in the bathtub/shower, to not kill myself. A removable shower head, wold have been nice. More robust shower handles would have been nice too.

The bed is so comfortable and the room was clean I love the laundry facility provided the front desk clerks are so nice and professional

The tub is too high since it is not a spa it should be altered for a door opening on the tub to enter I almost fell twice getting in and out thank goodness for the shower handles I am a short person and the tub is slippery getting in and out The pillows need to be changed they are kind of lumpy and not as soft as they used to be I had to go buy my own King size pillow the pillows are not that comfortable

Convenient location, clean and quiet. Decent breakfast selection and great soaking tubs in some of the bathrooms.

Breakfast offerings stopped being stocked after 8am (Breakfast goes until 9am) so some days there was no bread for toast or any yogurt left.

The desk receptionist was friendly but inexperienced at check in. Check-in was slow. I asked about reward points since I am a rewards club member but she said I was not eligible since I had booked on-line. I believe this was incorrect information.

The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they let me check in early with no problem or extra fees. The area felt safe and it was very quiet.

I like the location, several restaurants around and easy access to freeway to get to appointments. staff is always friendly and polite. it’s generally quiet at night, too.

the overall hotel is nice, the bathrooms need upgraded, they’re old and just don’t seem to “fit” with the rest of the building.

Back carpeted steps were dingy and dirty looking, rooms are small with a very small bathroom. Toilets are very low to the ground.

The room was great, near an exit door making it easy to transport our foster daughter to visit with her cousin or go to pick her up without causing any issues and being able to park closer to the exit was nice as well.

The pool while inside was more in a 3 season room and the room was quite cool while we were there. It also closed really early so by the time we got there that night and wanted to swim the pool was closed.

Left sign on door for maid service but they never cleaned our room. Also was dissatisfied with the price of my room. I ordered on booking.com a few weeks prior then ordered a second room that cost much less on the same site just 5 days before our arrival.
