Breakfast was excellent and the omelet bar was a nice touch. The room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is dated and could use a face lift. There were unsupervised minors in the fitness center, creating an unsafe environment and very loud. There were unsupervised children playin football and screaming in the common areas.

Breakfast was great. Specially omelet was best of best. Free drinks and snacks was also great service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even during a huge winter storm right at Christmas. The cooked to order breakfast was yummy. Room was spacious and comfy. Nice pool, nice excersizing room.

The outlets were kinda loose, hard to keep our chargers plugged in. It was so cold there was ice on the inside of the sliding door, we did have lower than average temps though, but the heat worked good. I wish they had coffee available all day in the lobby but they close it with breakfast. Just minor things, so not bad really.

My family and friends were there for my grandsons birthday and our 18th wedding anniversary. This was myself and my husbands first visit to the hotel. We look forward to the next one. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was helpful, pleasant and professional. The hotel is beautiful. I enjoyed the different events taking place.

I didnt the remodeling that was going on in the middle of the floor. I also think that they should have adult hours for the swimming pool like from 10:00 pm to midnight. There were far too many children in that pool all day. I went to the desk to complain but they did nothing about it.

Liked pool area. However, supervision was not provided for most of the kids in the pool. Teens were jumping all over my 9, 5 year old grandkids. Two grown woman making out in the pool. We had to go back to the room for a bit due to exposure to this type of behavior in front of kids.

The rooms were very clean . The beds were comfortable and clean. The king suite had a comfy couch . Plenty of space and in good repair.

The room was a bit musty when we first arrived . There were only 2 towels . The led light bulbs are too bright and didn’t give ambiance to the rooms .

very nice looking but pool area definitely needs updating. Bar restaurant staff not super welcoming. kinda just stared instead greeting you. Front desk lady was very welcoming

The fact that more than 10-12. kids were running around all of knocking on doors and running playing around in elevators while parents drank and When security would knock on the door of the kids their parents clearly weren’t there so no one was notified and the shenanigans kept going throughout the night late. It was terrible to the point of when the kid knocked on my door I told him if you do it again I will personally take you downstairs and figure out who your parents are

what I like about my stay is the fact that I had 9 10yr olds that were a little loud nothing major just kids being kids but the hotel employees never approached us or said anything about the little noise the kids displayed. overall I really did enjoy our stay and would recommend

to be honest there was nothing I disliked about my stay

the staff was all very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help

something so small there was a note on the elevator giving you directions to get to the pool but it was inaccurate for that particular elevator and I walked around the whole hotel (physically disabled)
