The room was clean. No bugs. The location was convenient. The hot tub was excellent. Breakfast looked good. Within walking distance of several places. We had a problem with our room. They placed us in a room that had been freshly shampooed. The worker, Jose , who had just finished shampooing the carpet took care of everything for us. He was super friendly. Give that man a raise!

We parked at the back of the hotel bc of the location of our room. There was a lady who sat by the furthest door for hours. She made us nervous. Several employees took their breaks out there and never asked her to leave. The picnic areas in the back were not well maintained. Not sure if it was the dumpster, or something nearby, but there was a strong smell of decomposition at the back furthest door in the lot.

it was very clean The woman at the front desk was very friendly and the breakfast was really good

I think my bed might’ve been broke because the side I slept one I was falling to the ground. I sucked it up because I was only staying there the one night and in a hurry to leave the next day. cause they close the pool for a private party we didn’t get there until later and the pool was supposed to be open until midnight and we thought we would go for a late night dip but we’re unable to. disappointing because that was the only reason I booked that hotel.

We had the hot tub room it was super clean affordable very affordble. The staff was awesome the hotel was super clean water super hot. Loved it recommend it for anybody staying in the area. I will most certainly return its spacious an overall when I left the guy at the registered said have a blessed day. Which is great. Thanks yall for having a great place. At a great rate. What place has a pool that stays open so late that is a huge bonus an I didnt even swim!

Nothing if you find things wrong with this hotel your way to picky I wouldnt change anything ablut it. Buffet bar was good coffee good. So no dislike

Bed, breakfast, location, and friendly helpful staff.

Someone got sick in the pool, so we were not able to use it because they had not cleaned it yet. We thought it would be cleaned by the morning, but it still wasn't. The whole reason we chose the hotel was for the pool, and we didn't get to use it. I know it's not their fault someone got sick, but it's the clean-up time that's disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations here. I had not been here for years and was apprehensive that the facilities may not have been kept up to date. Both our rooms were clean and everything was as it was presented to be + the breakfast area was open, roomy and well organized with decent food and beverage to start our day.

I was bothered by the amount of outside noise that I heard all night from road traffic and large over-the-road diesel trucks starting out very early in AM from the hotel's parking area outside my room's window.

The breakfast has a wonderful selection of food and beverages! Staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful with every interaction. The Superior King Suite with hot tub was very comfortable and clean.

There was some evidence of burn holes in walls and counter tops, as well as some chipping in the paint on certain spots throughout the room. Just minor updates.

Everything was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were well maintained, the room and bed were huge and clean. We got the room with the hot tub (really a large jacuzzi) and it was amazing, exactly what we needed after a week of traveling. Absolutely recommend this place. This is the best Quality Inn & Suites I've stayed in by a mile.

Hot tub wasn't working. Pool was freezing. Breakfast needs to be open longer (they're putting the food away and there are 20 guests still trying to get food) in other words if you can't use the amenities you shouldn't be charged that much. If you have a boat and truck they allow you to take up 15 parking spots so others have nowhere to park

Too much activity going on ....there was no cameras by the pool.they had someone ODing in the hot tub.had a domestic in the hallway.. No light in the kitchenette could not see in the fridge..all lights were on one side of the room

The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful.

We had to switch rooms because our toilet was broken. During the room switch my shampoo and conditioner was taken by the housekeeper. Now idc about the shampoo and conditioner but it's the point that it was stolen out of our room.
