The outside grounds, the lobby, the hallways, the breakfast area and our room were very clean! The wonderful woman checking us in was the only one on duty and was fantastic and patient. She was great! I always read these reviews so I need to write this. The breakfast was more than I expected and the staff kept it clean and stocked up. Waffles, omelets to cereal and yogurt! Fantastic!

I loved the hotel nothing to fix!

The room and facilities were fine. Comfortable bed. Clean room. TV could have been a bit bigger. Location was good and close to restaurants and other facilities. All around good choice for a hotel. I am done.

The drunk in the hallway at 3 am waking everbody up was not good at all. I know the staff can't control what someone does outside of the hotel, but it took quite a while before something was done about this person talking at the top of their lungs.

We arrived really late to check in,1am. we were exhausted.When I went in the room it smelled like someone had smoked in it,but we just went to bed.Next morning went to get breakfast then back to room,still had that stale smoke smell.Talked to one of the young ladies at front desk she said that non of the rooms we smoking rooms.So she came in and sprayed something so it worked for the time being,but when we came back at end of evening it was back.She did say that people stand right outside a exit door that was right by our window and smoke. So we will keep that in mind when booking there again, pick a room further from that exit.

It's a good location, next to restaurants within walking distance. Just off the freeway and close to gas station. Rooms wall's of good construction meaning-- no sounds at all from occupants on either side of my room and no road noise at night. Air conditioner works Awesome 🤗

The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs replaced. Very Loud metal on metal grinding-- gave me migraine headache. There's no USB plugs anywhere in the room.

The staff were very helpful, especially the girl working at night. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good work space.

There were no towels in the room (luckily I had a couple in my gym bag) and only a little toilet paper, but housekeeping came the second morning and provided everything needed.

We had a room in the back..away from noisy traffic. Close to elevator and vending. Breakfast was alright..has room for improvement. Had lots of coffee all day which was nice.

No juice from machine in morning.🍌🍎🍊🍇🍐 Should of had alternative option.🥤🥛☕🍩🍪 And offer Peanutbutter..it is cheap. Check breakfast area periodically to see if needs refilled.👍 Seemed to be lots of guest expecting something rather than nothing.😐

Close to everything, friendly staff, clean room. Young lady(Jenny, I think) was very friendly and polite.

Room very dated, bed hard as a rock. Horrible traffic in the area (CMU) across the street. For a place to lay your head, it will suffice. Free breakfast consisted of two types cereal, pop tarts, pre-packaged muffins and coffee/juice.

Relative ease to all our daily destinations; Room was clean (as it should have been).

Elevator would take us to the third floor, but not open, then go back down to the first. Numerous other people had the same problem...we eventually used the stairs before learning from another guest that when the elevator made it to the third floor "you had to be still and quite so as to hear and feel the elevator come to a stop, then... QUICKLY PUSH THE 'DOOR OPEN' BUTTON"! And we paid $100 for this turmoil!!?

Comfortable & large king bed, location of the room was decent, was quiet this time compared to our last stay there was a spacious room and cleaner.

PLEASE.. in these colder months add another blanket, the sheet and thin top cover is not adequate enough. Also, why is there still no air filter in the air conditioning/heat unit?? And the unit rattled all night :( ALSO, could you please add something more to the quick start breakfast! Maybe even some cereal and fresh fruit and yogurt , milk and Hot chocolate Strong smell again of pot throughout the hotel.

I like the room and how we could see our car outside and it was in the middle of town which was nice

Our room smelt like cigarettes the moment we walked in and it would come in waves of it smelling stronger because the room next to ours was smoking in the bathroom which shared vents and would start making our room smell terrible the beds were very uncomfortable but nothing horrible
