I liked the pool & the staff were great! They were very helpful & gave us names of pizza joints that delivered late.

When we went down for our “free breakfast” we were told that if we booked the room through a third party (like booking.com) then the breakfast was not free & it was $15/person! That was for a regular breakfast with only 2 slices of bacon! We almost went back to our room to pack & leave as free breakfast is something I always look for when booking a room! Then the girl working there saw the look on my face & said that we could have our breakfast for free because we were misinformed. We breathed a sigh of relief & sat down to have our breakfast. Beware when booking through a third party!

The employees were awesome! They took great care of us! We needed toothpaste and they hunted some down. They were all very personable.

I didn't like the "neighbors" who partied loudly til 5 am and flooded the lobby with their shower. If you would like to give us a discount for lack of sleep, that would be awesome.

I don’t like not being able to get a breakfast because I have to leave before they serve. I come here for work and I have to be at work at 6:30 and they don’t serve till 7:00

They were out of waffles and there seemed to be possibly a staffing Issue. Very courteous staff that were there very friendly and helpful .

They need more help. Those poor workers . But they never complained. Always helped and always were nice.😊

Rooms are very comfortable. I really liked the lounge area, with the breakfast service (had to pay) but you order off a menu. So no different than a restaurant. And they have a bar area, that was nice. Pool area a little small, but overall, still had fun!

Housekeeping could check to see if you need trash emptied. We were there for 3 days.

it was expensive for what was offered. no complimentary breakfast & Grand Rapids doesn’t have enough going on to charge what they are! we paid $180something. it should’ve been closer to $120 or so plus breakfast included!

Front desk lady at check in was super sweet and friendly, pool was great, beds were super comfy and plenty of space in rooms

leftover food stains on a couple walls, from who knows when, previous person’s kcup still left in Keurig, bathroom not swept well

The staff was great, facility was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night and didn't really experience all that the hotel had to offer. It's located right off the highway.

they did not clean the room during our stay. We had to ask front desk for toilet paper and fresh towels. we also ran out of the shampoo and lotion and had to ask the cleaning lady for more.
