The help was smiling, nice and caring

The breakfast eggs were cold on the second morning, they ran out of breakfast at 8am and had to heat more up for us late rising lodgers, they had bacon before but must've run out because they came back with sausage which is what we had the first morning and we took our eggs back to the room to heat them up because the cheese in them was still frozen, and we didn't want to wait for them to have to make a whole new breakfast meal. No big deal though. The staff was very sorry for the food not being heated properly.

All the staff was helpful and nice. The place was clean and quiet. It also wasn't too far from all the things we wanted to do. The pool and hot tub was clean and nice to relax in. There also was a nice seating outside to sit and just relax. There was a fire table as well. Breakfast was great. Overall the place is a great place to stay and we will stay again!

The hotel is in a really nice and quiet part of town. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. The staff is always nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub are great, and there were always clean towels. The breakfast is really good with a nice variety.

The quiet hours (on the evening side of them) weren't respected or enforced. My last night, I was woken up a number of times by people having a drunk party, which sucked, as we needed to sleep because of an early flight! I think staff should "patrol" the halls a bit, especially on the upper floors (where we were). The doors "slam" a lot, too, which is disturbing. Oh, one more thing, the heat/air is LOUD.

Overall a really solid hotel. You are around endless places to eat and some really interesting attractions. Great staff and great facilities- pool, hot tub, workout room, complimentary breakfast, etc. Room was also very clean. Would definitely recommend.

I really had no complaints.

The breakfast was well stocked and presented. The gal stocking the breakfast area was talkative and engaging. The biscuits and gravy were the Best.

The shower was stuck on a weird setting and the water was not being forced through the shower head fully. The staff at the front desk where a little slow, however they where helpful.

Not happy. Quoted one price paid much more The facility was very good. Im not sure if its the hotels issue or booking .com Right now I wouldn't use either ever again. I know Bookings wont do anything about it At least $100 more than expected

The room was a little spendy, but Mankato had a lot going on the weekend we stayed,so I'm sure that was a factor in the price. We were bummed to find out that the attached restaurant was closed.

There was a gap around my door to the hallway and light was streaming in. It didn't feel very private. The light switch to the lamps between the beds was pushed into the wall, it was very difficult to turn the lights on and off.

Exactly what you think you'll get when booking a country inn and suites. Nice big, clean rooms. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine, sausage biscuits, cereals, toasts, etc. Fridge and microwave in room.

Nothing. It was exactly what I expected when I booked. :)

Staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean, location was great for what we needed.

Pool needed to be cleaned, and was on the last day we were there.
