Loved the selection

Person who checked us in was not very helpful. Mentioned we misplaced parking ticket and response was to go out and look for it or go to gate and get another. Which you can’t do without a car. 🙄. Then we mentioned we were walking back from stadium and was advised not to. He mentioned he lives by stadium and NEVER walks at night. Suggested we call Uber. 🙄. Walk back was fine.

Stayed two separate weekends for a fencing tournament for my daughter. Friendly and helpful staff. Security was good (needed key to use elevators to rooms). A pool & gym were available, but I did not have time to use. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Had requested a quiet area and was provided. Breakfast buffet was good, but a little pricey. They accommodated early arrival one weekend, but not the next. Late checkout provided and they held bags aside while my child competed that day.

They do not have laundry machines on site, nor are there any in the immediate neighborhood. Front desk was helpful in directing me to a safe location, but I needed to Uber several miles. A big hotel with convention halls etc., I suggest they get a few machines.

beautiful lobby. yummy breakfast. cozy room. excellent workout facilities. Ubers easily available. beautiful spacious bathroom.

no hot tub. parking a bit far from rooms and pricey $30/night. our first room had a closed adjoining door and you could hear everything. they moved us floors and the other room was much better. no microwaves - only in common areas, fridge not very cold in room.

Close proximity to convention center. Majestic view of the city. Covered walk way to multiple places of interest. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was excellent. Special attention from server, Mebrate. Always a smile.

Parking garage was a bit expensive. But it was on the property.

Cooper from secuirty was very helpful and provided assistance to getme to the meeting rooms from my hotel room as I am handicapped. He is a KEEPER!!!!

wait time for elervators for such a large group. slow restaurant wait time for a table and wait time for a server to take our ordwer.

Our room was a room that overlooked the city it was amazing, calming and beautiful.. the room was super nice, clean and spacious one of the nicer rooms I've ever stayed in! Thank you and your staff for a great getaway!

Not a thing other then the confusing parking in how you go about getting back in the Hotel once you leave. I think discussing this with quest might be a good ideal saw alot of confused people trying to get in!

It appeared to be an older hotel but was nicely renovated. Pretty good location Very quiet and no traffic noise at all. 30 minute walk to US Bank stadium

No free breakfast No WIFI that worked Parking was expensive

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Nicolas checked me in and was super nice. Helped me find places to eat and told me best way to get to the stadium. Room was nice.

I bought the breakfast package. NOT worth it at all. It was a buffet but not a variety of hot food. Scrambled eggs only and they were GROSS. would not recommend. And the only other thing is they have no shuttle service. You can't walk in downtown Minneapolis in January. It's too cold. Please bring back the shuttle

the location was great. the bed was comfortable.

We had to pay for parking every time we left the lot. We had to run up to the room for 10 min and we had to pay $11 to leave out. We paid almost $60 just on parking for the 1 night we was there.

Beds were very comfortable

The concierge set us up with a limo stating one price and the drivers price was x3. They need to be better informed about driving services if they are going to tell guests about them
